At this point should I just put on a full mask lol

I’ve got this little routine after work lately.
I shower, grab eye patches from the fridge, and just stick them wherever the fine lines or dullness is bothering me most.
Some days it’s under my eyes. Some days it’s between my brows. Other days it’s smile lines, forehead, or even my neck lol.
Problem is, if too many spots are bothering me, I just slap a bunch on.
So funny had to take a pic :)
Still, the area around my eyes looks brighter so I’m not mad.
Anyone else use eye patches like this?

Craving K-Ramen so bad. This massive bowl is only 600kcal and packs 35g of protein.

I’m lowkey obsessed with instant ramen.
Especially when I’m dieting, I get these insane cravings for something spicy and punchy. So here’s the diet ramen recipe I make when that happens.
These are non-fried noodles, so one pack is only 340 calories and has like 2.5g of fat. The texture is actually chewier than regular ones too. The soup still has that classic spicy Shin Ramyun kick, so it hits the craving perfectly. I just skip the seasoning oil packet so there’s zero oil in the broth.
I grill about 160g of skinless chicken thigh with just a little salt and throw it on top. That way the whole bowl stays under 600 calories and gives me around 40g of protein.

<Recipe>
Season 160g chicken thigh with a little salt and pan-sear it until golden.
In a pot, add 500ml water, the noodles, the dried vegetable packet, and the powder soup. Boil (skip the oil packet).
Top with the grilled chicken.

This one never fails me when the ramen craving hits hard.

2024 Kia Niro Hybrid, Break noise-clicking

I have a 2024 Kia Niro Hybrid, and I have an issue with brake noise. It occurs when applying the brakes near a complete stop and when starting to move after releasing the brake. The noise does not occur during a turn. Only at a complete stop and after starting.

I found a YouTube video with a similar sound that matches my issue.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7wa1l9lOanQ

I recently replaced brake fluid/Clutch actuator fluid with EPB-related part replacement on my car.

And this sound is still there.

The dealer shop said this is normal since my car is close to 80K. They literally wrote down "everything functioning as intended."

But I don't think this is right.

Anyone else have a similar issue with a hybrid Niro? If you solved it, please share with me.

Thanks.

Anyone try this?

I found this at Target. Has anyone tried it yet? Would you recommend it?

Tangle, Chunky Tomato Pasta

I picked up Tangle Chunky Tomato Pasta on a whim, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The sauce has a rich tomato flavor with actual pieces of dried tomato mixed in, which adds a nice chewy texture and deeper sweetness. It tastes more homemade than I expected and works great for a quick meal. Definitely one of the better packaged tomato pasta sauces I’ve tried.

Miss this from Korea!

One thing I really miss from Korea is a simple K-BBQ meal: thinly sliced pork belly sizzling on the grill with a hot bowl of fluffy steamed egg (gyeran-jjim) on the side. There’s something about wrapping that crispy pork belly in lettuce, adding a bit of ssamjang, and taking a spoonful of the soft, buttery steamed egg that just hits differently.
I can find Korean BBQ in the U.S., but it’s never quite the same as those casual neighborhood spots in Korea. Maybe it’s the atmosphere, maybe it’s nostalgia, but on a rainy day especially, I find myself craving that combo more than anything.
What’s the Korean food you miss the most?

One and only!

Shin Ramyun is still my favorite instant noodle. The broth has just the right amount of spice, and the noodles have a great chewy texture. Nothing hits quite like a bowl of Shin on a gloomy, rainy day. What’s your favorite instant noodle? 🍜

immi spicy beef

I finally tried Immi Protein Ramen after hearing so much about it, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed.
I really wanted to like it because the nutrition profile looks great, especially the high protein content. But the noodles had a texture that felt strange to me and didn't remind me much of traditional ramen. The flavor was okay, but not enough to make up for the texture.
Considering the price, I expected something closer to real ramen. Instead, it felt more like a healthy alternative that sacrifices too much of the ramen experience.
Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think I'd buy it again. Curious if anyone else felt the same way, or if there's a flavor that changed your mind.

Buldak Mac&cheese carbonara

I recently tried Buldak Mac & Cheese, and honestly, I was surprised by how much I liked it.

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to make. Unlike many boxed mac and cheese products, you don’t need to add butter or milk. Everything you need comes in the package, including the sauce packet, so it’s quick and convenient.

The sauce is creamy, cheesy, and has that signature Buldak spicy kick. It’s a great option when I want something comforting and flavorful without spending much time cooking.

Anyone else a fan of Buldak Mac & Cheese? How spicy do you find it compared to the regular Buldak noodles?
