I’ve had an Amex for a while and honestly expected to run into way more places that wouldn’t take it. I still carry another card with me just in case, but I’m finding I don’t actually need it that often.

Personally, every time I head out west the food is incredible, the people are relaxed, and the community vibe feels way stronger than the inner east. Why are people still so stuck in the past about the west?

Chips are the foundation of everything good about takeaway. Fish and chips, hot chips with sauce, loaded chips, chips at the pub. Gravy's just sauce on potatoes which you can literally make at home in five minutes. Why would anyone pick gravy over the versatility of chips? Seems mental

I'm starting an electrician apprenticeship and I've got the option of doing the theory through TAFE or a private RTO. Is TAFE actually better or is it just what older tradies did? Do employers care which one you go through or is the qualification basically the same?

Every time I try to ring the student line it just automatically hangs up on me because they are too busy, and going into the service centre was a waste of time because they just told me to wait. How long are people realistically waiting for student payments to get approved this year?
