MC Journeys: Emmerson Seer「SILICON FARM」

Figured I'd open this.

MC Journeys an entire original fan-based Jojo-like fan universe much like Part 7+ except a couple differences like the protags going by the title MC and Stand Names having different theming (This part is Wizard of Oz + Elements theme there will be musical ones later).

I have an entire timeline with different parts laid out, and posting these as a traditional Fanfic would take way longer than I'm willing so I figured sharing plot beats and stands/stand users with stories would be a fun way to share it.

-Story: Silicon Farm-
1910s, New York. it's Saint Patrick's day and upstanding student of River Deep Mountain High School, Emmerson Seer is expecting his 'little cousin' from Ireland: Gallaway to come over for the yearly visit. However this time, without any explanation he fails to appear. Worried, Emmerson starts to do some investigating, which leads to him discovering that Gallaway is in fact, in danger. So with a strong sense of family responsibility and some truly bizarre encounters with friend and now, foe this leads him on a trip to the magical island: Avalon of Arthurian legend for what started as a journey to save his family has now expanded into a magical mission to save the world and delve into the secret world of hidden magic along the way gaining the enchanted power of a Stand: Silicon Farm.

Though this story is mostly original to keep with the Bizarre Spirit: Gallaway is actually a Leprechaun descendant of one of the knights of the round table. The Species has the appearance of child humans (think the elves from the Santa Clause movies)

-Silicon Farm-

Stand Master: Emmerson Seer

Namesake: Dorothy's Farm on Kansas, plus element of SIlicon

Appearance: Green and Teal coloring, humanoid, Four eyes.

Rush Cry: TAPATAPTAPATAPA!!!

Ability: Ley Line/Magic Radiation sensing.

Emmerson is able to sense raw natural sources of magic on the earth, usually stormed in natural objects ie plants, dirt and rocks. With these objects he is able to perform magic actions or spells if you can call them that with gesturing with these items, certain stones like flints can be used to make fireballs and a stick can shoot beams like a wand etc etc these effects are generally based on intent. However each object can only be used magically one time before their disenchanted, they can be made into more powerful magical objects with an indefinite uses but Emmerson doesn't have the skills or time to do so. These are incredibly rare on earth, but in Avalon where the story takes place that can be found more often than not.

Emmerson can sense ley lines too: raw magic moving in a certain flow of the ground, as well as disturbances and shifts, which in this context helps him figure out certain enemies and plot beats.

Stats:
Strength: B-Superhuman Strength comparable to a car.

Speed: A-Impressive Speeds

Range C-Standrd Close Range of a few meters. Though its ability can sense things near twice that range.

Durability C-Has the durability of a well fit human.

Precision A-Impressive perception and reflex speed, able to perceive small details in moments

Development Potential A-Is actually more susceptible to magical developments than other stands, and even developing some magic abilities on its own.

Author Notes:

Magic, is a secondary power system here much like Spin and Hamon and a unique theme to this world. There's another character coming who exclusively uses it in a different way like Gyro: Murphy Dropkick (We'll get to him later as to more of how ). Stands are also inherently formed when a person's blood is enchanted but there are other ways to do so. Magic users can interact and see stands though.

But Practically speaking this Stand is a standard Punchy Boy much like Pt.3 Platinum, given but in story he does occasionally find a magical object and more often than not he has to learn what it does and when's the right time to use it. Leyline sensing too is also a passive ability that helps him find things relevant to the mission, much like how the Part 6 characters can sense each other.

(He will also be getting an upgraded stand with a more active ability that I'll post later on)

"But no matter what awaits me, my family may be at risk and I will not stop at anything to see them safe and sound.”

Age: 17
Birthday: March 17 1893
Nationality: American of Irish Descent
Residence: Tarrytown, NY
Height & Weight: 6'2" 205lbs
Fun Fact: Emmerson has a Bit of a Temper, and when things don't go that way, he eats Metal.
Occupation: River Deep Mountain High School Student.

Emmerson Seer is the grandson of Irishman, Enda Seer who selflessly rescued an amnesiac Gallaway injured during a mission from Avalon in 1834. After recovery, Gallaway blessed his bloodline with the ability to enter Avalon should the time come at the promise only they would keep it secret. Enda would eventually immigrate to America and marry with a son who in turn would have a family of his own. Gallaway would frequently visit the Seer family under the guise of a little cousin for the kids before telling the truth when they grow older, aiming to do so for each generation. Enda eventually died contently in 1890.

Emmerson would grow up a respected student in his school. While he was by no means a bad child, he would often find himself a bit aimless, he had talent but he didn't know what to do with it. That is until, he befriended a group of kids, he eventually realized they were a bunch of runaways, eventually he saw them get tricked into doing dirty work for a bootlegging group who, feigned care but eventually planned on either getting the kids killed or have them kill others. Emmerson was conflicted however in how involved he should be, words from Gallaway while he was visiting inspired him to realize his talent and respect was for a purpose, for the responsibility and betterment of others. Knowing that those kids trusted no one else but him, Emmerson barely risked his life to turn them away from a bloody end, and he came out with a newfound direction thanks to Gallaway and strengthened by the presence of the birth of Emmylou: his little sister.

To specify more it’s when a character is supposed to appear after a long time relative to the scene (in the context of the scene, especially in the context of a reunion) only for the anti climatic reveal that they’re dead, and played for laughs.

My Idea for a Jojo Shattered Glass AU: Phantom Blood

Prelude: Story of the Pillar Men

(Edit Fixed Link)

A struggling man in deep debt named Dario Brando comes across a carriage crash. He finds, the corpse of Mary Joestar and looks at the Ring for identification. Then notices her still living Husband and son George, and Johnathan Joestar. The Former wakes up under the assumption that Dario saved his life, and in thanks gave him a check to Cash out at the Joestar Banks. Dario forgets to return the ring.

However, upon further investigation on the Joestar family. Dario finds out that the Joestar's are a monstrous family fueled by blood money, committing multiple heinous acts in the shadow and threatens to sink their hands into England till they have more power than the crowd. He never returns the ring, nor does cash the check under fear it would put him under the debt of a worse monster.

He would keep this a secret until he was on his deathbed, with a sudden unknown illness. Soon to die he confessed the existence of the Joestar to his bright, charismatic, prideful yet kind son Dio Brando. Dio tried to help his father with his skills and wisdom he acquired on Ogre Street; a refuge the poor and impoverished, and the assistance from an Ogre Street doctor by the name of Wang Chan. But to no avail. But with the Joestar family still threatening to damn England to under their heel, Dio enters himself into the Joestar family by using the 'debt’ they owe Dario on a mission to reform/takedown the family from within.

Meanwhile George Joestar has been raising and training Johnathan "Jojo" Joestar, to be the model Joestar likes him, powerful, ruthless, cunning, but with an eir of sophistication and a stoic approach.  Johnathan eventually  became truly loyal to his bloodline and tried to model himself as the leader. This is displayed when he met a bullied girl by the name of Erina, treating her like a gentleman before sadistically crippling the bullies and framing their parents, seducing Erina to his immoral ways as well.

Dio arrived at the Joestar’s home now adopted, not making the best first impression when he attacked the dog in self defense. But he later got on George’s good side when he showed how he can adapt and  copy to their etiquette and conduct, and a successful facade of wickedness. This lead to George giving more attention to Dio, leaving Johnathan by himself. While in turn, Dio kept his own eyes on Johnathan hoping that less exposure to his Father's grooming and more experience with decent common folk would improve him.

Johnathan struggles, in his new environment and even second guesses himself following the Joestar way until Erina comes back developed as an equally twisted soul. The two would fall in love which prompted DIo to try to seduce her away from the path she’s going. However it didn’t work, it was a trap that Johnathan created with her to bait Dio out, as he tortured his classmates and held them hostage.

Dio figures this out and in a fit of rage, beats up Johnathan with his bare hands, managing to save as many hostages as he can. George intervenes before things can take a turn for the worse for either of them.

Johnathan swears to come out as the head Joestar, planning on abusively training Danny into a more lethal guard dog, Dio hears this and releases Danny, telling George that he killed him because it was making Johnathan softer which he accepts. He also recognizes the threat of Johnathan, his brother he's been far too corrupted by the Joestars so Dio would have to lay low for much longer.

Seven years later both brothers are grown up and have seemingly gotten along better to the public. With the boys fully grown George announces his plans to revolutionize the Joestar family, and advance their power starting with the destruction of Ogre Street. Dio now resorts to teaming up with Wang Chan to discretely poison his adoptive father.

Johnathan in the meantime studies a stone mask artifact. Noticing its spikes that react to blood, he believes he can use the mask as a key tool in the destruction of Ogre Street as an execution method, and tests it out on a civilian. The civilian had a strange reaction; their body disintegrated immediately in sunlight. Johnathan couldn't find a use for it yet but within his attempt his ruthlessness, cunning and even sophistication catches the respect of aspiring criminal Robert EO Speedwagon.

Dio managed to notices this and even spots a brief transformation in the victim right before they disintegrated, Dio steals the mask for himself and in further investigation he realizes that the mask can be modified to alter people’s bodies and could help them survive most fatalities allowing the to seem dead. He masters a method to augment it with Wang Chan as his first and successful test subject. However when he returns, Johnathan and Speedwagon exposes Dio’s plans to George whom hesitantly orders to have his men execute Dio.

Before issuing the execution, Johnathan taking his father’s ideas and vision of a revolution of the Joestar’s power to heart, kills his father, promising a new era to the family, and telling George his death is required since he's old and weak, telling his susceptibility to Dio's deceit is evidence. In his last moments, George understand Johnathan explaining he thought Dio would be a better addition, when he found out Dario took his late wife’s wedding ring and assumed he was the type of man to steal it.

After abruptly taking his place as the head Joestar, Johnathan plans to personally execute Dio, by evolving himself into a Vampire, but at the last moment a powered up Wang Chan saves Dio, letting him to use the mask instead, despite his power the impromptu use briefly had Dio overwhelmed with power allowing Johnathon the upperhead and enough time to figure out the mask's weakness. Dio managed to hold off Johnathan as the mansion collapses in flames and Wang Chan and Speedwagon save their respective partners.

Dio spends his recovery time in Ogre Street helping people recover from damages the Joeatars have done. Further tampering with the masks to grant them enhanced vitality and control his vampiric urges. He even learns how to make artificial golem-like servents, even some able to house lingering spirits. The first two spirits he summoned were knights of Elizabeth I, Bruford and Tarkus. The Knights died trying to protect Elizabeth queen from Mary Queen of Scotts, and promised to protect her country even in death, which fueled their resolve to return. They even teach Dio, on how to use this power to control others such as the infamous Jack the Ripper.

The Ripper was commanded to be a watchman, and he eventually scouted Johnathan’s return with Erina and Speedwagon, from outside the street. Johnathan recently learned a powerful technique called Hamon the power to simulate the energy from the sun into their blood. Turning them fatal to any who even use a bit of the mask. Taught by Hamon master William A.Zepelli a tutor from a Hamon clan whose goal was to dominate the original vampires, and now return to finish the mission. Dio manages to learn more about Hamon when watching the fight and meets Poco, a kid who wants to help Dio. Dio uses hypnosis to allow him courage and acrobatic skills, and redirect Johnathan and his allies away from Ogre Street where Hamon can't threaten any mask users.

Dio gets a letter by Johnathan saying that they've kidnapped Poco and will kill him unless he meets them outside Windknight’s lot, Dio arrives with Bruford and Tarkus. Johnathan and his allies show up and reveal that it’s a trick and Poco was always on Johnathan’s side, the Hamon users attack Dio, but to their surprise, Dio predicted this ambush and developed an ability to freeze his body, stopping blood flow and countering Hamon. Leading Bruford and Tarkus to fight their enemies off. The heroes seem to have the upper hand until Johnathan gets his arms unfrozen, and uses Hamon hypnosis to overload Bruford’s artificial body with Hamon driving his spirit mad and turn on Dio. Johnathan and leaves Buford to kill Dio, but Dio finishes him off, gives his spirit a farewell as it now must go towards the afterlife. Dio chases after his enemies with Tarkus but then Zeppeli traps the group in a castle. Zeppeli boasts about a prophecy he learned from his master where he will kill one of them, but Tarkus sacrifices himself to distract Zepelli, so Dio can kill him as well as send Johnathan’s group out of the castle setting it as his Base.

Johnathan comes back with a series of other Hamon users,  as Dio finds more valiant souls inside the castle to recruit, Johnathan and Dio learn of each other’s upcoming attacks, with Poco’s sister in the castle and Dio’s Adams acting as a scout outside.

The big fight arrives, Johnathan and his Hamon using allies, as well as a series of hypnotized citizens bursts through the castle out for Dio’s head. Dio manages to hold back Johnathan’s allies with his own strategically placed vampires, golem-zombies, and traps to delay the team. This ultimately leads into a final showdown with Dio and Johnathan. Johnathan believes he’s got the upper hand and stabs Dio through his body. But Dio escapes by cutting his living head off, and destroying the entire castle, the Hamon users now have seemingly been destroyed, and the Joestar's name is one to be forever disgraced in England's History.

But, months later a pregnant Erina managed to get herself a ship by bribing then murdering Father Styx, using what's left of Johnathan's research to head to a hidden island that might help him.  However Dio knew about this and went on the ship with Wang Chan, then attached his head to Father Styx. To his surprise as well Johnathan also survived and the brothers have one final duel Johnathan dies in the coffin while holding and sealing Dio's Head. Dio blows up the entire ship in his last efforts.

Erina survives, but notices another ship that was called by Dio to follow them, on board was Wang Chan who escaped the blown up ship. Now holding the map that was headed towards the location,

of the Pillar Men.

My Idea for a Shattered Glass AU (Good and Bad swapped). Prelude

-Once upon a time, there were two races, the short-lived humans who can roam the world freely and the immortal Pillarmen who lived long lives with strong bodies and a weakness to the sun.

-The Pillarmen hated this weakness to the sun and sought ways to bypass it, so they turned to mass consumption and devotion of humans forced them into worship/servitude and used as cattle. However this would only make them hunger and more aggressions as the start to turn against themselves.

-However One Pillarman, Kars sought a new way, working with the humans as equals for a brighter future for all life on earth. So he invented the stone mask that can make humans more like pillarmen and vice versa, bridging the gap between the two species. However the mask could only make humans a weaker species of Pillarmen known as vampires and for the Pillarmen it would unlock give potential for strange abilities they could not developed. Not removing the weakness to the latter and even giving it to the former, even giving them some monstrous qualities if unregulated.

-But before they can further develop things, the other Pillarmen found out and sought to kill him, leading Kars, and his partner Esidisi to run away along with two Pillarmen infants. Leaving the Pillarmen society to collapse in a blood-starved-fueled civil war, now with Kars and the other three as the last remaining members and the human population devastated.

-But thanks to Kars the vampires were able to use their abilities to help restore the human population, as Humans have learned to regulate and control their vampiric abilities, letting them become various levels of vampires though never fully nor in complete absence to help with their longevity admits the rubble of Pillarmen society. Later humans rebuilt their population into relative harmony and stability with all of them all containing some semblance of Vampiric blood in them. This happens while the infants grow up into Wammu and Santana.

-During research Kars hears of a Red stone of Aja which may help in mastering the stone mask. Their research brought them to Rome, a society of humans who escaped the previous Pillarmen. These Roman humans have taught themselves of a practice they’ve called Hamon; the ability to simulate the power of sun into their blood through breathing. With this power combined with the masks, a kindly tutor taught Kars and the Pillar Men how to unlock the potential of their new power, gaining powerful abilities to modify their bodies at the cost of their immortality, swapping it out with long yet still aging mortal lives. This also gave them some resistance to the sun, though it's still deadly and the length requires training.

-However the corrupt empire of Rome kills the Pillar Men’s mentor and reveals his plan to create a master race of hamon users to conquer the rest of the world, especially since they would still retain some Pillarmen blood, rendering then helpless against their mastery of sunlight energy. Even using their own Red Stone of Ajah as a super powered weaponed. Kars had to put a stop to this.

-As a precaution Santana volunteered to flee and hide the rest of the masks, and warn the rest of the humans to halt their exercise of the use of Vampiric blood, so if Hamon were to return, they wouldn't be as vulnerable. Nor could the Romans combine the masks with the Red Stone to form a weapon of ungodly power. Despite his initial hesitation, Kars allowed it.

-The battle ended up with with Kars and Esidisi slaying all of the Hamon users, with some surviving, the Red Stone was lost but their injuries had them go into a petrified hibernation. The People stopped using the Masks per Santana's warnings and even he went to hibernation as well.
