How cooked am i ?

Worked fine last night. Put the lid down and left it (unplugged) overnight.

To my absolute disdain, i believe we've established these are riddled with mildew. Is there ANY hope?

So pulverising and drinking is a no-go.

Is there any way of making it into an extract that would kill/remove the fungus and make it safe ?

When to harvest, and how?

I remember reading on this sub about the colouration/something regarding the lil nub/strip bit under the bulb, and also wondered if i take the entire bulb-stalk, or just a few cm below the strip?
