If your DVD drive doesn't open then loosen the screws on the bottom of the dock.
My DVD drive wouldn't open, just made some clicking noises. I decided to take it apart and as soon as I loosened the screws holding the dock to the main console the drive popped open.

PSA: If your tracking link from RetroRemake shows no data try putting the tracking number into https://www.17track.net/en
No idea why the tracking link RetroRemake sent me still shows no data. The package was delivered to me via Australia Post and for weeks I was checking the tracking link in the email from RetroRemake thinking the package hadn't been sent yet. Someone suggested I try 17Track with the tracking number and bam, there is the tracking history for my package. This has happened for all my friends in Australia that got a tracking link from RetroRemake.

What is the point of the 4PX tracking link?
I got a 4PX tracking link in an email from RetroRemake a while ago and it has always shown no data when I click on it. Today my SuperStation One with dock turns up from Australia Post and the 4PX link still shows as no data. What a pointless tracking system, I was thinking they still hadn't posted it.

Mouse and keyboard not working.
My monitor has a built in USB hub and when I connect either a PC or Mac to it with USB C I get 4K 120hz video, charging with keyboard and mouse. When I plug in my Galaxy S25 ultra I get a desktop screen appear and the phone is charging but the mouse and keyboard don't work. This also happens at work with their docking stations. Mac and PC work fine but my phone only does video and changing but no mouse or keyboard.
