I'm trying to think of bands that fit this bill. Obviously APTBS.

I've been tuning into their first and second albums, and it's insane how much traction they had in the underground, with them appearing in god near every important post-punk / industrial zine at some point given they're mentioned nowhere now.

Genuinely, any time I look anywhere in the history of the movement and genre, they pop up. Somehow only Allmusic remembers them for their complete switchup from punk rock / art punk on their first LP to "154 with half the rock" on their second album.

I've been trying to get this working for months now, setting in sys config "services.libinput.(mouse/touchpad).disableWhileTyping = false;" does absolutely nothing, and has done nothing for months of system upgrades and whatnot. What gives?

SoulseekQT very much exists, and N+ really works well, but I've never liked the actual structure of the codebase.

Museek Plus is definitely an option, it had its own daemon like slskd and CLI. Plus QT.

I assume the master tapes were lost? The version of this repressed by Dark Entries is a vinyl transfer.

I've been trying to burn this CDr mixtape-thing, and despite how K3B says it's burned, it ejects the CD and the disc is still blank. Is there a way of getting around this by exporting a bin/cue and then importing that into cdrskin manually?

I have this Plextor PX-716UF external drive that I repaired and cleaned up, and I don't want it to wear out from spinning everything at 48x. I'm wondering if I can use the config / kernel to intentionally throttle this device? It's specially used for redumper and I don't want to have to replace it anytime soon.

I'm thinking Girlfren by Mercury Rev.
