Serious why is housing this expensive in a griwing country like India
An 8–10 year old minor boy is being attacked and harassed by an Ambedkarite mob.
Around 25–30 grown men entered his house, threatened him and his parents, and then forcefully took him to an Ambedkar statue where he was made to bow down and say “Jai Bhim”.
These so called oppressed and suppressed people are ganging up on a small child, threatening his family, and forcing him to apologize out of fear just because he made a social media post supporting Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He wrote:
“Why are you so obsessed with 500 Mahars? Our Maharaj (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj) fought 80,000 alone.”
There is nothing wrong in this post and even if someone found it offensive, there are legal ways to handle it. But instead, they chose threats, fear and public humiliation of a minor.
Do you accept changes to traditions like these?
Over the years, many traditions that were preserved for centuries and played a role in shaping our society are gradually being altered, often in the name of appearing modern or progressive.
I have no objection to her becoming the heir—that's entirely fine. My question is simply: Do you support changing long-standing traditions in this way?
The same applies to many traditions that were meant to honor women. Several festivals and customs that celebrated their contributions, sacrifices, and importance are also being reinterpreted, diminished, or abandoned. If we support changing one set of traditions, should we also accept changes to all the others?
