Whenever I take acid I feel like I can exist without my schemas dictating my perception.

I’m thinking about learning Urdu (TL) for my beautiful partner, but I have an awful habit of trying to directly translate things to english.

I was in the shower and thought, what if I took an acid tab and tried to learn it like I’m a toddler? Full on hitting the restart button to try remove comparison; an attempt to make it the new definition instead of just translation.

Thoughts? has anyone tried this?

Hi all! when I was around maybe 10-12 years old (2009ish) my mother bought a lipgloss that was cookie scented and I LOVED it.

It came in a square compact (maybe with a mirror?), it was kind of vintage aesthetic and it was themed around kissing/making your kisses delicious idk. I have a gut feeling it might be from The Balm Cosmetics but I can’t seem to find it.

I have to write about a research paper that looks into personality structures, the unconscious mind, and how people develop responses to stress in their teens.

They highlight 7 core psychodynamic conflicts, which only 6 made sense to me:

1. Closeness vs Distance
2. Submission vs Control
3. Taking care of one’s self vs being cared for
4. Self-worth
5. Guilt
6. Identity conflict

but 7 is oedipal conflict? that shit is new to me. When looking into it just looked like some bizarre incest mythology story. I really struggled to understand why it was being used as a measure in this research.

Then I watched the carrot cake vlog and it clicked 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was taking ‘unconscious sexual attraction to the opposite sex parent and rivalry with the same sex parent’ too literally.

Lee said he has a controlling mother, and he has some weird ass takes on ‘male roles’ and what leadership ‘should be’.

Mf is dating a woman exactly like his mother and has wonky perspectives on male identity. This is what Sigmund Freud meant.

There’s a lot of big change and uncertainty happening in my life right now, constant decisions, constant life changing choices. I’m struggling to cope and to be a proper ‘adult’, I don’t want to keep shutting down and putting all the effort onto my partner. I’m at the point where I can’t help myself with accessibility and such when I’m panicking too much.

I’m finding a tiny bit of weed quiets my very sensitive fight or flight, and allows me to actually navigate my thoughts properly without my body freaking out. I do have a gut feeling that I have the schizophrenia gene though so I really do not want to smoke at all (experience minor delusions on it), and wondering if there’s any anxiety medication that can force my brain to stop setting itself on fire so i can help myself.

I will be booking an appointment with my GP soon. I need to hear lived experiences from women like me though since we’re a fun little grey area 😭

I’ve deleted mods in the past that have left permanent landmarks in my game (such has corrupted quests with infinite time left, red crosses on the ground that would have been items). And I don’t feel comfortable potentially ruining my main farm.

How would you seperate a modded farm and a more vanilla farm easily? without manually messing with it every single time (there’s just too many mods..)

I don’t want it to be a purely vanilla farm because I need some QOL to not go insane

A lot of mods that add personality and romance depth to the male bachelors are all on the young side (seb, alex, sam), and I’m not really into them. I’ve tried searching for mods that add more to Harvey but I’m having a hard time finding anything as good as maggs immersive mods (not a fan of yandere, I know there is one for Harvey).

If not please let me know of any good older male romance mods that work well that you enjoy 🫶🏻

I really want to reach perfection with this mod without getting too overwhelmed. I also spend 50% of my play time organising so many chests and inventory issues (because I also have alchemistry) 😭 I have the chests anywhere mod which helps, but is there a mod makes what you pick up automatically go to a chest?

For example: If pick up a flower it instantly goes into my chest labelled ‘flowers’ without me having to move it. That would save a lot of my time

Why is it not for the same for ow2? it confuses me. I remember when I was a teenager and being excited to get a halloween skin I missed. I hate this FOMO store so much, ow is a rotation game for me, I don’t check nor care if something is limited time :/ I buy when I want to buy…
