From Ali again, lets see how the new EU madness goes. Can I even keep ordering stuff from China. Shows what EU in the end is, a market union for the rich. Guess we had too much of a good thing going, skipping the middlemen and ordering stuff directly from China. Most of us were ordering stuff we cant get locally, finally the possibilities were open to develop new businesses, prototyping etc. Its like i had access to wholesaler with infinitely variable stock. All taken out by short sighted stupidity to keep the rich rich.
Other than that, the tea is really nice. I prefer this over the 9978. You can get a really strong, almost like chocolate tasting brew out of this.
Paid 14.5€ for this including VAT & shipping. This was 2023 production.

I cant remember much about it, it was about some dude smuggling stuff to or from Mexico. The whole movie happened at night, and mostly in the car. He had a fried with him, the movie started by them leaving for the trip. And ended in his death when he was returning.
He dies in the end, it was some weird way.. like his brain got damaged, shot or something? And he just kept pushing too far. A bit similar feel and look as Nightcrawler had. But clearly smaller movie.
The ending or they way he died somehow really stuck with me, as he caused his own demise.
Its "fairly" recent, so something like after 2000 at least. Not a big budget film.
So not much to go by here 😄 But this has been bothering me for years as i never can remember what the movie was. And at least once i year i have this moment where im "what the fuck was that movie" and try to find it, but i never cant find it.
With a solid 15/19 kill count, and armed with an RPG, he is the only man who can save us.
While I still remember, this has been an issue from the beginning of the game. For some reason the 50cals on cars & boats are insanely weak on short distances. On long distances they are still somewhat useful, before they gave snipers magic bullets they were really useful at long distances.
On short distances you have zero change to win a firefight with person using their primary gun. You are better off using your own gun/pistol. And it makes zero sense. As they are no longer that useful at long distances, at least make them useful at short distances.
Im sitting there with this big ass machine gun, i start firing at someone first. And they just take me out with two shots of their assault rifle. If nothing else, at least at short distances these things should rip people apart.
And im not saying it need to rip people apart, but about the same as the APC, or like 15-20% more powerful whatever. A slight adjustment for short distance damage would be cool.
Bought 3 cakes from Ali, from 3 different sellers. Some stuff i have wanted to test.
7542, this one was actually a surprise. Im not a big fan of raws, but this is just super smooth with a bit of smoky aroma. Its was 2022 dated.
The 100g cake was something i bought as its marketed as "golden buds" variety, and i really liked one DaYi cake that was golden bud variety. And this one is really cheap, common in ebay. Its perfectly ok, not as sweet as i expected but ok. Nothing i would buy more still, this would have been cheap in 5x packs.
9978 Is also something i have wanted to test, perfectly nice daily drinker.

So a new update dropped, why did they remove the map variants? The Apache Attack especially was quite popular. APC Attack was maybe a bit too spammy for Paradise. Will all map variants be just temporary?
Also, fixed mines working in water.. that was not an issue, it was fun :) I figured it at some point on the Siberia map and occasionally mined some popular boat routes.
And the Stim Gun : "With the brand-new Stim Gun gadget, you give your teammates (or yourself) both a speed boost, and 50HP instantly, up to a max of 125HP, twenty-five more than the normal maximum amount. Might work if we could request fire support.
Meaning, if a apache, apc, tank etc. is on the map and active. We could request fire support from it, the driver would then see a target and would get XP from fulfilling this request.
Like you squad is pushing a point, and wants apc to roll in to give fire support. It could directly request it. Now its impossible unless the person operating it happens to be in your squad.
This would help utilizing vehicles for the benefit of the team much more efficiently.
And it would not require to re-arrange the coms in any way. As you would not need global coms to do this. Would just need to be thought out so it could not be spammed or exploited for XP. Or maybe even limited to to one vehicle, like the apache.
It would be cool to be able to request apache to do a strike.
It might also work for the transport heli, if you could request help. Like people to drop in. Because the transport heli driver also has no idea of where he is acutally needed.
Just noticed that i can search for words like tea, puer, lapsang. Before i could not find tea sellers normally at all in Ali, and direct searches did not yield results.
The auto repair perk seems somehow bugged, it only works on the tank & AA tank for me.
On the APC i see the repair thing flash when i switch between the guns, but it will never auto repair.
Has anyone else noticed this on the APC?
