How low do you go for prototyping?
When I’m prototyping new designs, I use the Bambu .28mm Extra Draft, and wall loops to 1, and infill to 5%. I do this because I want to print quickly so I can get it in my hands and see how it works and feels. Also a little less filament used. Any other settings I should consider changing to speed up the print?
Where in London?
I’m heading to London for work next week. Anything I should go to? I heard Churchill frequented a place?
Thank you!

I heeded your advice and got a new printer: Bambu P1S with AMS.
Game changer. Printing is so much simpler and faster. This printer boosted my spirits!
Until…
…this morning, I threw my hands up and was gonna give up on the whole idea of 3-D printing ever again after these images happened. I walked away pissed. Defeated. I went and got a cup of coffee and had some breakfast and came back to it. After I took a closer look at everything that was going on, I was impressed. This cleaned up incredibly well, looks like it has safeguards in place to stop catastrophes like melting PLA all over my hot end.
I’m already back to printing within minutes! And I know what I did wrong for the next time.
So thank you to all who have patience with newbies and the experienced, folks who offer advice and help make this a better place!
