About a month ago I experienced what has to be one of the most extraordinary things that has ever happened to me. I am a lifelong experiencer and recently have undergone the process of trying to retreive repressed memories from nhi. I use mugwort tea with blue lotus petals for my meditations. It has been successful and I have slowly been getting memories since I started. On this particular day however, it was unlike anything I expected to happen. I apologize, this will be a long post but trust me the read is worth it.

I was laying in bed meditating and after a good amount of time I found myself laying paralyzed on a table in a circular room with rounded edges on everything. It was black, red and purple. Dark shades. To my right stood a short zeta grey type looking being with black clothes on. Behind him stood a group of 15-20 more who seemed more robotic in nature. The main one lifted up a tablet looking device and showed me a video of myself speaking. I was on the verge of tears saying "I just wanted to be a normal human". I felt sad and embarrassed when he set the tablet down. He then grabbed a long metallic looking tool and quickly sliced my abdomen with it. My gut opened up revealing pink organs, as soon as this happened my awareness shot out of my body and started drifting towards the back of the room and around the side towards the beings. I could still see my body laying on the table. When I stopped at the back of the room all of the beings turned at the exact same time and just stared at my awareness with zero expression or sound. The whole things made me uncomfortable so I pushed myself out of the room.

I then found myself in a large place with see through walls, ceiling and floors. In every direction there were more rooms stacked on top of each other like boxes. You could see into them. In the room I was in there were these short beings completley covered in hair. Someone I didn't see came in and threw a living human baby onto the floor. These beings scurried over to the baby and started ripping it apart and eating it. Around me I could see humans being tortured and sexually abused. I felt like I was in the body of a child and was really short. The beings came closer to me and were smiling sadistcly. Out of fear I mentally projected a bathroom stall around me and locked the door. They pushed towards me and overpowered me breaking down my constuct till it shrank down and dissapeared.

I was then transported to a public bathroom with yellow lighting and square white tiles on the floor with black lines. I was hiding in the stall on the floor next to the toilet. Once again I felt like I was a child and my body was really small. I then heard a door open and under the stall door I saw two pair of polished black dress shoes and black business pants walk quickly towards my stall. The man stopped in front of the door and slowly pushed it open revealing one of those short hairy creatures again. As soon as it's face came into view my brain broke and I couldn't comprehend what I was looking at. I dont know why but I could not comprehend or even perceive it's true face. After a few seconds my brain just placed a large grinning pair of purple lips on it's face and thats what my brain accepted as the face of this being. After a couple seconds of it staring at me next to the tall man I was pushed out of the scene into another craft.

I was drifting around this room without a body and it was round and very bright. White lights, white walls, ceilings and flooring. In the middle of the room was a table and laying on it was what I'm pretty sure was my human body. A human looking man was laying on top of it and doing the deed. Surrounding the table was a group of 10-15 tall greys standing in a circle without any expressions or sound just watching. After a couple seconds of this I was pushed into the next area. I was a baby standing in my crib in my parent's room at night. By my parent's bed stood a short non-human child who was just watching me. He was covered head to toe in rock looking scales and had short horns all over his head. His eyes were black and he had what looked like a very small rock-like beak where his mouth was. His skin was a dark brown color. He looked very simular to how turians look from the game mass effect, at least in the face.

After several seconds the scene changed and I was an adult standing in my shower. Right at the shower door stood the same being except he was an adult as well. He moved closer to me until he was in my shower and was right up on me. We started to do the deed which was uncomfortable. When it was over I was back in bed in my room and everything was back to normal except for my intense confusion.

Ever since this happened my experiences have increased and i'm being visited more now. It feels like something was altered deep within me but I'm not exactly sure what. I haven't felt like the same person since it happened and weird things have been occuring since then. I'm going to continue to post as things escalate.

The weird part is I still seemed to have some sort of body it was just less physical. Without thinking I immeditaly started touching my thumb to all my finger tips. I dont think they were human fingers. My fingers felt a little skinner and longer than they should and the way I was moving them felt weird. I have no idea why I did this and it was on both hands. Right after I did this I felt something pulling me towards my window across the living room. As I moved closer and closer I felt like someone was trying to take me through the window and I got kinda freaked out. I started trying to fight it becuase it was freaking me out that my body was paralyzed and I was ejected from my body in bed. After this happened it stopped and I was back in my bed again no longer paralyzed. All of this happened within what felt like the span of a minute or two, it was very fast. Not sure what to feel about it.

All the grey beings turned at the exact same time and quitely stared at my astral form/soul without saying anything or reacting. A couple nights ago when I was meditating before bed I had a vision of a colorful orb in the sky moving quickly. Thought that was interesting, wrote it down in my journal and proceeded to try to sleep. When I was drifting off to sleep I heard two knocks in my home that were pretty loud. I was woken up for seemingly no reason in the middle of the night and noticed I couldn't open my eyes. It scared me at first and I couldn’t move my body either, I was quite literally just trapped there in total darkness. I felt a presence on each side of my bed but they wouldn't let me see them. Then after a couple seconds of this I felt something being placed near different parts of my back. I think it may have been hands but I couldn't tell, whatever it was was putting out a crazy amount of energy to the point it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt at times being near my skin. I could feel it moving through my organs and the energy vibrated my insides. I asked them in my head to stop and that it hurt multiple times. Then after a couple minutes it just stopped, they dissapeared and I could move/open my eyes. It was genuinely strange and I don’t know what to make of it.

I need to hear what you guys think about this becuase it's very weird. Ive been having the same dream for several years now and it repeats the most when I meditate alot. In the dream its always the same, im somewhere, sometimes with someone and there is a door that is closed and locked but something on the other side is trying very hard to open the door. Sometimes even voilently desperate. Usually I or the person i'm with will have to work to keep the door shut and it's really hard sometimes. Well this is the interesting part...

Several years ago when I was home alone a nhi appeared in my home and tried to get into the bathroom when I had the door locked. It was clicking at me like an insect, trying to turn the door knob and when it couldnt get it open it proceeded to try to trick me out by pretending to be my roomate. When that didn’t work it became very angry and started slamming things in my living room. Scared the shit out of my cat and I and then just left.

It's also important to note that since last year I've been hearing the sound of someone knocking on my bedroom door or the sound of doors opening.

I know it's really stupid but after enough of this I slept with my bedroom door opened just to face whatever was doing this. And then again. And again. But nothing happened, in fact I woke to dark figures in my room before I even started opening my door so clearly I'm not understanding what this is? I'm not sure why it keeps happening, its almost every single night.

I have had experiences with nhi since childhood so I assume it's possible they are trying to desperetely communicate something to me but I'm also aware of the possibiltiy its a malicoius entity. Im really not sure why this is happening so curorius to hear you guys thoughts?

During one of my sessions I found myself back at a house I had briefly stayed at where I was having alot of strange experiences. In the memory I wake up and my boyfriend of the time was standing over me while I was on bed. His eyes were bulging and then I woke up again. Well when my subconscious took me back to the memory I saw his face again but it started to distort till he became a mantis person. The being was standing only inches from my face and I got the full view up close of how they look. It was really cool and the Mantis being was putting out a very kind energy. They looked just like tall greys expect up close the eyes have the texture of what a flys eyes look like and they have tiny mandibles and tiny little fuzz on the top of their head. Orangish beige colored skin. But after a couple seconds of this I felt the two mantis people transport my awareness physcially through some sort of what I can only decribe as a sort of spacetime warp? It was very quick and I only breifly caught glimpse of it. They then gently layed me down into my body and I heard them telepathically speaking about me. One said in a deeper voice "should we erase her mind?" And the other one said in a higher pitched voice "no, she worked hard for those." Afterwards I was left with the feeling of being seen and extended kindess. It was a very cool experience and felt like that moment had been left in time for me to discover.

I have been meditating lately with the intention of unlocking repressed memories tied to my experiences and have been using blue lotus/mugwort to induce visions and lucid dreaming. Well today I got to the point where I appeared to be laying down in the first person, I was paralyzed and barely aware on some sort of medical bed in a round room. There was a group of 15-20 greys standing to my right watching me. The one closest to me held up a tablet and showed me a video of myself speaking. I was talking about how I had just wanted to have a normal human life and was sad. I remember it. Without saying anything it put the tablet down and with a metal device proceeded to slice open my abdomen till I could see my insides. I was immediately projected outside of my body while they did this and was watching from 3rd person. Then as if in sync they all.turned at the exact same time with zero sound or expression and just stared at my astral form until the vision ended. I cant tell if it was in retaliation to what I said or if they were trying to show me something.

I am an experiencer and things have not been great, for many years now. But especially worse recently... I hardly ever get out of bed anymore, never go out or speak to people. I have seen too much that I fear no person is built to deal with these things. It's absolutely ruined my life and the relationships I had. I've been attacked by nhi multiple times, assualted by one, been taken from my home multiple times. I've had so many face to face encounters, Visions while awake and out of body experiences that it feels beyond normal even for an experiencer. I feel completely isolated and like im not even human anymore. I havent felt human for a very long time. Ive done things that shouldnt even be possible, like things youd see in doctor strange and I just have to live with all it now? I dont know what to do anymore, ive seen too much that I am incompatible with the human species anymore and its way of thinking. I tried everything, I stopped meditating, did protective rituals, saged and other things and it didnt work. Nothing I do works. I guess I am just destined to endure whatever this is. Its soul crushing, I never had a choice. This has been my life since birth. I dont understand why im in a human world as a human but having the life I am. It makes no sense. I just wish i knew what to do, im sure someone here is probably in simulair position. Some of yall have seen some things that you will never forget. Life changing things. I just wish the world was more accepting and open to whatever people like us are. I think it would benefit greatly and so would we becuase we could live our lives as well.
