What's the point of raptors start?

I've been watching some guides and I saw them talking about raptors start. You start raptors, full clear, then instead of recalling you go back to raptors do them again and do krugs then reset.

I don't understand what's the point of doing this? Why not just full clear then reset and clear normally? I saw them doing this on Briar.

Is dying from not passing stool painful?

I haven't had a bowel movement in like 10 days. I get occasional constipation every few weeks but it usually lasts 2-3 days at its worst. Idk if I really have IBS or not. I've been to the hospital for this but medication is known for being very mediocre around here or outright terrible. They don't really know what I have, they just know its constipation. I was then told after a colonoscopy that I have IBS "maybe"

This time it's 10 days and it doesn't feel like anything is passing soon. I only pass very little stool everyday. I'm not sure when will be next my bowel movement but honestly I'm too annoyed of going to hospitals about different things in my 20s and everything else in life in general that I don't care if I die from this. I even have laxatives like Lactoluse and Senna and I don't feel like taking them atp. Senna works every time but I rarely take it. I've always wanted to check out fast but I didn't want to do it myself tbh so I'm kinda relieved there's something that can do it for me. I just wanna know Is it painful when it gets to that point of dying?

Who's a good champ to learn in Emerald?

I used to play Xin and Voli to get to Emerald but given how absolutely terrible Voli is right now I'm switching to something else. I don't feel like ranting too much on this post but if anyone here has been playing Voli they know what I mean. Go on r/volibearmains if you need more context.

I thought about Qiyana but the mechanics feel a bit too hard for me.

This champion feels so slow and terrible now. What happened?

I play jungle. I remember playing him around 6 months ago or something. He was an absolute beast with Cosmic Drive and Navori. Clears so fast, destroys anyone 1v1 and into full tank it's 1v9.

I'm trying him now why is he so dogshit? Idk how many nerfes he got but im sure his E is gutted. Deals zero damage to monsters and Q feels slower too. Ult also feels like shit. Almost unplayable. His first clear is still good but after that it's so slow it's almost like Sejuani.

I looked up Hybradge builds and the new builds sound like shit too. DnD into statik shiv? Wtf is shiv gonna do? I tested it in practice tool it's only 80 more dps than Navori but it costs 350g more and also you lose on so much cooldown so you heal and shield a lot less. Feels like a shit item.

Another build is DnD into Heartsteel? Even slower clear speed? I can barely tolerate his clear speed with a damage build.

Does anyone ever attribute their chest growth to bench press?

I swear every single person I met and even every thread I found online, whenever asked what helped grow their chest it's always incline dumbbell press, dips, chest press machine, pec flys etc.

I haven't met one person yet who says their chest gains were thanks to bench press. Why is this the case? Is it really that inefficient for growing the chest or do people online love to give the unpopular answer?

Why do I have the urge to argue and prove things even when I know it's meaningless?

This is especially the case with my mom. The topic could be about religion, politics etc and as much as I tell myself there's no point in engaging in these arguments because in my view she lacks critical thinking in these discussions, I still end up doing it. It's very easy for me or anyone else to say that the other side lacks critical thinking (she could make the same claim about me as well) so that's not exactly my point here. Its just my opinion about her.

My point is when I'm by myself, I say to myself that those arguments are useless and I won't pursue them anymore since she won't see it regardless. But when the topic comes up, I still end up arguing and regretting it later. I like to tell myself at the time that I'm standing up for what I think is right and just and when she says something so ridiculous it's hard to be silent. But now I'm thinking, what if I'm masking it that way just for ego? I'm thinking it's an ego problem because even if I was right and let's say I achieved what I wanted and got my point across, so what? why does it matter in the end? It won't really change or achieve anything in the real world, so why do I care about trying to prove anything? I'm not sure why it's only with my mom. With anyone else I never care to argue.

Sorry if I had English mistakes.

Dumb question about microsoft key

Let's say I want to do a fresh install and use a Windows 11 key that I used on my old PC which I signed in with a microsoft account. If I use the same key on a new PC, will there be any link to that Microsoft account even if I register with a local user?;

Maybe a very dumb question

Does everyone use an MMO mouse?

I use all my weapon skills on my mouse (1-5) and for utility I use keyboard QER. I basically auto attack with mouse button. I'm wondering is this common? Does everyone do this?

Can't decide on a new phone. There's always trade-offs...

I've been hesitant for like a month now and can't make a decision. I'm going for flagship phones so either Oppo Find X9 Pro or Honor Magic 8 Pro. I used to buy only Apple and Samsung but after looking into this gen, I think they're really behind Chinese phones.

What I know so far between the two, Oppo has better battery life, fast charging 80W (around 70 minutes for a full charge), better camera, slightly bigger display, flat screen.

Honor model has much faster charging 100W (around 40 minutes for a full charge), better speakers, faster CPU, more compact, curved display (but very mild curve).

I can't make a decision. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

I rarely find a use for ult. When shouod you use it?

When I first picked up the champion I was just throwing my ults on the enemy team and it usually ended badly. I realised I have to be more strategic and can't engage first. I tried using it to save laners while I'm farming camps, but I often miss. Then I thought I'll start using it to catch escaping targets when they flash away from me or dash etc, but my W would be coming up and it's more guaranteed. When I play crit briar there are even less uses since I'm a lot more squishy now. Last game I was 25/5 didn't use it once. ;

On average I'd say I use ult like once or twice every game, sometimes never in a game. I wish I can just learn how to use it.

I'm confused. How do you farm hero points?

I came back into this game and I'm trying to farm hero points. I looked up a guide: https://youtu.be/g21DUb05hp8?si=beanQRbWbEG6F8rL

This lady is saying just do WvW and join a Zerg it'll be the fasest method. I went from level 12 to 15 with a zerg and opened chests for like a full hour. I went to the same vendor and I only have 20 Castoran Heroics. I don't have the same currency as her she has Jade Heroics. I'm trying to unlock Untamed spec.

I know you can do them through maps but how do you even do it through WvW?

Im getting absolute destroyed in E4. What do I do?

I was playing so comfortably in plat 1 mmr to the point I was testing some builds. My last few games in plat 1 felt almost too easy that I thought I can push more this season

Come to E4, junglers are wiping the floor with me. I just lost 5/6 games. Idk if it's because I'm panicking and ignoring jungle camps more often or what. I played vs this Graves and it was impossible to keep up with his tempo. Idk if he was smurfing.

https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/RedRooster-Dip

I looked at the replay and he finished his first clear at like 2:40 and I finished at 3:06 while using second smite too and he didn't. I lost both scuttles of course after that and his tempo was so much faster everywhere. I know somebody will link the 2:46 Xin clear tutorial but it's so difficult even in high elo they finish clears at 2:55 or 3:00 because messing it up is game over.

Idk what to do from here.

Edit: holy I just noticed my Briar winrate is so terrible

Do you think anyone can achieve the weight they want?

Personally speaking, I'm 26 at 5'4 and can't make it past 115 lbs honestly. My goal was at least 130 lbs but it's way harder than I thought. I've been trying seriously for two years I only need around 2500-2700 calories a day but it's hard to do it consistently. My appetite is very small and every bulk shake almost makes me throw up. Eggs have always caused me problems too so I avoided them since I was a kid. I also don't like any variation of nuts except peanut butter. I can't tolerate whey protein either unless it's mixed with yogurt for some reason. I've researched so much about how to bulk I cant think of any new tricks atp.

If I have a shake of 300ml milk, 50g peanut butter, 50g oats, some choco powder that's around 700 calories and 29g protein and it kills me. I can't even finish it sometimes despite eliminating bananas and whey protein from the shake which most people who bulk add easily but it kills me personally even without those additions. Throughout the day my lunch and dinner are around that number too and sometimes less. I honestly think I'm just incapable of doing it.

I'm not gonna lie, when I see these before and after posts, instead of feeling positive I just feel very frustrated and I get this tingling sensation in my chest. I don't wish them badly or want them to fail at all, but I'm so upset at my situation and failing to do something that everyone finds to be so simple.

Whats the correct way to thaw ground beef?

I came across a post recently and I'm curious. I usually leave it two hours on the counter until its ready but this is apparently risky.

I looked this up and sources say the best practice would be to leave it in the fridge overnight. How is this safer exactly? What if it begins degrading in quality while I'm sleeping or maybe off to work and it's been there for more than 24 hours for example? Or I cant be home for whatever reason. It feels less convenient than just defrosting it on the counter and cooking it like 2 hours later.

How do you do it?

Should I buy 3rd gen WOLED?

I've been monitoring the market for quite a while now and I've been interested in WOLEDs. I wanted to go for the ASUS XG27AQDMG but after so many reports about text clarity I decided I'll wait since 4th Gen WOLED was close.

Now that it's here, I've seen a lot of posts talking about how grey banding makes it almost feel like a scam. I know it's about panel lottery but I don't live in a place where returns are easy at all. Once a product is opened its hard to return it.

Do I go for 3rd gen XG27AQDMG or Gigabyte Mo27q28g or maybe XG27AQWMG?

How many here bench for a long time without a messed-up shoulder?

I'm not exactly a beginner but physique and strength wise, im much weaker and smaller than almost every beginner. I'm much smaller than the average guy I weigh only 115 pounds. I only benched 110 after a full year of training and I think I strained my tricep/shoulder at that weight. I dropped bench press ever since as I really hated the exercise. I tried my best to fix my form over the past year like I can list every cue there is but I never have confidence with it anymore and I grew to genuinely hate it at this point. I only do push-ups now.

I have friends, co-workers etc and surprisingly I've never met anyone so far who benches and says they didn't mess up a shoulder. I use social media and this appears to be a common thing as well. I can't be sure of social media becs most things are influenced there for whatever reason it may be.

I'm wondering in general, how many here bench for say +5 years and no shoulder injury yet?

Oppo or Honor?

I own a Samsung S24 Ultra. I've been an apple user and sadly this is the most underwhelming phone I owned yet. The battery is terrible after a year of use, apps are buggy, for some reason font texture looks terrible, day-to-day bugs are endless however im still not going back to Apple.

I'm eyeing Oppo Find X9 Pro and Honor Magic 8 Pro. Their flagships seem to be far ahead of western-market flagships. From the research I've done, Oppo battery lasts longer and ColorOS is smoother. Whereas Honor has a better CPU, faster charging (100W), better speakers and long-term software support. On paper it feels like Honor offers more but I can't be so sure.

Why is my rice sticking to the rice cooker?

I bought a rice cooker from Panasonic with a 1.8L pot (Zojirushi isn't available in my country) I would've loved a much smaller size because I'm only cooking for myself like 1/2 cups of rice max but it is what it is.

I'm cooking calrose rice and I've been doing 1:1 rice-to-water since that's what everyone recommends so I'd add half a cup of water. A lot of the rice would stick to the bottom. I tried again with even more water but it's still sticking. Why is this happening? I'm a 26M who rarely cooked in the past so mb if this a dumb question.

Why is instagram forcing femcel content on my reels?

When I first started using instagram I got flooded with incel redpill content and I managed preferences and they stopped showing up in a day. Now I'm getting the other side of it, extreme femcel content like "crushing a man's ego" by winning a push-up challenge, some guru dating coaches insulting men 24/7 etc etc It doesn't matter how many times I manage my algorithm they keep showing up. Can someone pls explain to me why tf are so many people trying to decide which gender is better? What's the price? Ok let's say we reached the conclusion one gender is better, do we eliminate the other gender now or what?

Why is this happening? Is it happening to you? I know this is reddit not instagram, but it's not like people are helpful over there most of the time. I'm considering deleing it at this point. I miss when it was random reels.
