Is it just me or mtg mocks post paper-6 are actually tough in both maths and physics ?

Doubt regarding mock test marks (seniors pls advice me)
Ok, so i have given 6 mock tests till now and and after the initial fluctuations, since the last 3 mocks, my scores are stuck at 80+ but not going beyond 90. In maths paper and physics and chem paper, the number of negatives (both paper combined) is 9-10 questions, with generally maths having one or two less -ves than physics&chem.
I tried solving more questions, re-iterating the pyqs but the score seems stuck within the 80-90 range.
I want to know am i heading in the right path ? should i continue giving mocks ?
I plan to solve 50 questions per paper but i've never been able to solve beyond 40 in any and always get stuck at 40. How do i get past this ?

I will be taking admission in college in cse(without any specialization) this year. What should i learn in the gap during counselling and admission ?
So i will be getting cse in T3 iiit. What should i start learning during this gap time of counselling and college commencement ? Please help me choose from these :
- DSA - JAVA [Apna College]
- DSA - C++ [Apna College]
- Development - [Apna college]
- AI/ML - [Apna College]
Which one should i start off as a fresher ?
P.s. i. Mentioned JAVA before C++ cause i am familiar with the java syntax but not C++.

Regarding Rough Sheets
i know that rough sheets are attached as blank sheets at the end of the question paper. But right now i require three A4 size sheets while solving mocks for maths and 2 for phy&chem. So i wanted to ask that can i take extra xerox copies(2 copies) of the admit card and use the white side of it for rough ? (during frisking i can cite the reason as 'last time they created problem due to mild soiling of admit card so i am carrying extra, just in case, for safety')
