Showing shipment Arrival dates on checkout page using basic checkout plan.

Showing shipment Arrival dates on checkout page using basic checkout plan.

I want to show shipment Arrival dates on my checkout page and I'm on the basic Shopify plan

I spoke to support and they told me my only options are:

– hire a developer (starts at $55)

– upgrade to Shopify Plus

– do it myself

atm I none of the options work for me really. I also tried a bunch of apps : estimated delivery, ETA apps etc. they all work on the product page fine but NONE of them show up on the actual checkout page. which is literally the only place it matters.
anyone dealt with this before and has a workaround that worked for your store.

I'm running a sensory (ADHD, autism focused) shopify store, and I've been getting less than 5% conversions. I run Google ads, and see traffic coming in. I've concluded based on the shopify analytic report that traffic isn't problem. I have seen 150 sessions daily with ~90 sec of average time spent on the website. I have abandoned carts for unknown reasons .
I understand its a New store and hence building trust is issue.

I have been collaborating with 2-3 pre-k, daycares schools gifting them my products, they test with students and in turn they help me write reviews of products gifted to them on my store.

I have real reviews, just not from paid customers, they are friends, family and collabs. obviously cant keep gifting forever, so need all your help in understanding where am I going wrong or what can be improved?

I’ve been running my store (sensoryspacesolutions.com) for about 2**.5 months** now. I’m getting consistent traffic from Instagram and TikTok ads (and some Google Ads), but my conversion rate is a flat 0%. Not a single sale.

My Data from shopify:

  • Total Sessions: weekly - between 200-400 sessions
  • Add to Cart (ATC) Rate: weekly 1-3
  • Reached Checkout: 1
  • Top Traffic Sources: IG and TikTok (organic + paid)
  • Average Session Duration: daily ~95 sec average

I’m running video ads on TT and IG. People are clicking through, so the creative seems to be working to some extent, but as soon as they hit the site, they bounce.

Niche: I have a sensory toys , tactile explorations, focus and coordination activity toy store.

wondering Is it my product or Is the site looking untrustworthy?

I've been running a Shopify store for about 2 months selling sensory, ADHD, autism-friendly, and Montessori-style toys — and I'll be honest, I'm stuck at under 5 sales and need a reality check + a roadmap.

Here's what I know so far:

**✅ What's working:**

- I've identified 2 winning products — they're the ones that got purchased AND have the highest CTR in my store analytics

- I also list on eBay and I'm seeing a much wider range of products getting traction there, including the same 2 that sold on Shopify

- So I know there's demand — I'm just not converting it on my own store

**❓ What I'm struggling with:**

- How do I take those 2 winning products and actually **scale them**?

- Should I double down on Shopify or build more of my funnel through eBay first?

- I'm using marketing channels TikTok, Instagram ads to advertise.

- How do I turn eBay browsers into Shopify customers?

- Is my traffic even the problem, or is it conversion?

**My store niche:** Sensory toys, fidgets, ADHD/autism support tools, and Montessori-style learning toys. Parents, therapists, and teachers are my audience.
