My A2000 has worked great for first 30 days. Suddenly I am finding it doing avoidance on random patches of grass. To resolve this I’ve turned off let avoidance and obstacle avoidance. I’ve also raised the grass height avoidance to maximum.

Anyone having this issue? It’s annoying cuz it’s just leaving random patches. When I watch it does seem to be driving around a patch of grass. Sometimes it’s cuz it’s slightly taller fescue but sometimes it’s for no reason at all.

Does anyone know if credit hours earned gets paid out upon resignation from IRS? Or is it like sick leave in that it does not get paid out?

Got flipped the tip screen for bicycle repair the other day. SMH.

The messed up thing is honestly I would rather tip a bike shop kid making minimum wage than a server making six figures getting tipped two dollars a beer and 4 a cocktail.

Looking to get some bids on an old deck that either needs substantial board replacement or I’m considering just scraping it all and starting over. Anyone have any good reliable names for this kind of work? The one bid I got is 10,000 and maybe that’s fair but a little out of our price range now so just trying to see what reasonable out there.

Like I get it money shit is hard and some people just aren’t trustworthy. But, to the people that do this, does it really make you happier?

Married, with two kids, I think the puzzle for me is how do I accurately quantify everything? So I paid for the family vacation, do we got to split it? Well my wife makes less money because we decided she can go part time.

So do I pay her a wage for childcare now?

I know I may sound glib but I am sincerely curious if people really feel like this benefits their relationship or not.

Start off I’m overall pretty happy with ecovacs. Definitely not perfect but customer service has been good to me and overall I find the vacuum and mop works decent.

They keep advertising AI mode but I don’t get it. Whenever I use it, it doesn’t seem to add any value, it gets lost more, and sometimes obsessively mops one spot inexplicably until my take is empty. I’ve been trying to give it a shot hoping it will “learn” but no luck so far.

What are your thoughts on AI mode?
