I just got a Coros Pace Pro and was tracking a run. I wad surprised to see my heart rate is almost flat the whole time even if my pace varies.
What does this mean?
I wonder if it means I’m not pushing myself enough.
I’m thinking whether it makes sense for me to get a watch although I’m not sure if I need one or what to use it for.
For context about me, I ran 3-4 times per week, and do strength training 5-6 times per week. In the past I have done two UTMB, last year 26 km 950 e. m, this year 31 km 750 e. m, this last one with ice and snow. I’ll be doing this another 2 UTMB more this year, 26 km 1900 e. m, and 42 km 2700 e. m.
I’d appreciate advice whether it makes sense, it’s useful, and how you use it.
Device advice is also welcome. Since I don’t know how much I could use it I was going to go for the Coros Pace Pro or the Garmin Forerunner 965.

Where I live is currently unbearably hot to run outside so I was considering getting a plyo-box to strengthen the glutes and quads. Anyone had experience with this and can share? Thanks!

I just received the Tomir 02 and length-wise the fit is absolutely perfect, just like the width.
However, my left foot is slightly taller than my right foot and there I feel a bit of pressure on the right end of the aperture.
I wonder if this area will stretch with wear or if it will be always like this?
I learned today I have a metatarsalgia—fancy for pain in the foot under the index finger—and doctor banned for 2 weeks anything that would load that area, so no running, hiking, bouldering and also no workout unless it’s laying down or sitting.
I do need, however, to continue strengthening my legs as I have a trail running competition next month climbing up to 2000 meters (starting at 1000).
Can you please recommend routines for legs that are all laying on the floor or sitting? I work out at home with only dumbbells.

I got my Ghost Trail today and they’re even prettier than they looked in photos! They’re very light and cushioned as expected. They also have a frontal plate like the Cascadia, which is a nice surprise. I’m looking forward to run in them and I’ve already been wearing them the whole day at home.
