Am i crazy or NGB is easier than NGS?

Is it just me, or are the enemies in NGB easier than in NGS? I've played Sigma a year and a half ago (the first time was for the first time, and the second time was halfway through on Switch), and when I returned home, I decided to give NGB a try. Maybe I've just gotten better, or are the enemies in NGB less aggressive and give me more chances? Because in NGS, I was constantly getting grabbed, blocked half my attacks, and never really getting a chance to breathe, while in NGB, I feel very comfortable and rarely see grabs aimed at me.

Is there a real difference, or am I just imagining it? (My experience is based solely on Normal difficulty.)

Enemies catching me mid air and blocking everything

Hello everyone! A year ago i completed ninja gaiden sigma for the first time with JTB playlist for beginners, I don't liked the experience at all and jumped to og ng2 and falled in love with it, but i still want to understand ng1. Now I'm replaying it on Nintendo Switch and still can't figure some things.

Like how to deal with enemies that blocking all my attacks? How shoud i approach them? I'm trying to wind path them, but Ryu lands too far even for forward loght attack after landing, how to deal with such enemies, especially while they are not alone and ESPECIALLY with bosses (gamov and alma makes me really crazy ngl).

My second struggling is enemies catching me in the air, I'm traverse in the arena mostly with roll jumps and enemies just shooting me in the air constantly, I'm tried rolling to the side and jumping forward, but still not consistent avoiding damage, what should i do? How should i move from enemy to enemy (especially black spider ninjas and military guys)

Can anyone help me set up VR?

Hello everyone!
Firstly - my hardware:
VR Helmet - Meta Quest 3
GPU: RTX 5070
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
Streaming: Virtual Desktop on High preset

Can i theoretically achieve 90 FPS with this hardware? What settings should i use? I tried everything on low, anisotropic on maximum, DLSS and any supersampling off, tried DLAA, but for some reason with DLAA my game performance cutted from 90 FPS to 35-40 FPS. What is the best supersampling method? How can i achieve maximum performance?

Explain why people think Nioh 2 is so much better than Nioh 1?

Hey everyone! I'm really interested in this question because I platinum-ed the first game and completed the second game with all the DLC at least twice, and I... don't understand the second game, but I really want to.

People say the first game improves on the second game in every way, but I felt quite the opposite: it tries to add complexity but overcomplicates things. Onmyo magic was heavily nerfed compared to the first game, as were ninja skills. Each yokai form has advantages and disadvantages, but enemies are often designed in such a way that you can't always use the form that best suits your build; there are always some yokai whose attacks would be nearly impossible to counter using just one yokai form. In the first game, you just used living weapons; it was simple, but it worked and didn't have a whole bunch of "BUTs."

Soul cores... I like the concept that they can be used as a continuation of a combo, but I found more than half of them just... useless. There are absolute must-haves like Ippon Datara, Kasha, Otakemaru, and so on, but most of them were completely useless to me.

The game has also become much more difficult, and for me personally, it's already too difficult to enjoy it, because already in the second DLC, all the bosses simply one-shot me, and no matter how much I leveled up and came back, I didn't feel my character's strength, and the enemy damage was off the charts, even though I tried to use Onmyo, Ninja, Confusion, and other game mechanics.

The first game had a problem on higher difficulties where you one-shot everyone, and everyone also one shote you, and it became a glassy game. In the second, I felt like I was the only one who was glassy.

Maybe I played the second game wrong? I really want to love this game, but it's just not working.

Guys, explain sekkombo to me, i'm losing my mind

Please explain how to do a sekkombo and what exactly a sekkombo is. After 80 hours on Spider, I thought a sekkombo was tracer, pull, punch, tracer, uppercut. But my friend who's teaching Spider told me it's a fishing combo, and that a sekkombo is done with a jump and a double jump. He learned how to do it, but I just don't understand the sequence, because I've identified at least two possible inputs:

  1. tracer, pull, jump, punch, double jump, tracer, uppercut
  2. tracer, pull, jump, punch, tracer, double jump, uppercut

In the first case i'm quite ofter miss my uppercut, i'm just too high at the moment. In the second case i miss my second tracer 90% of the time, i just can't do it consistently because i don't know what inputs to do, on what should i focus and WHAT IS ACTUALL SEKKOMBO.

Moza R3 high pitch noise

Hi everyone! I've been playing with a Moza R3 wheel for six months now, and today I started hearing a strange high pitch noise, like coil whine. The pitch of the noise changes as I turn the wheel. Sometimes it's barely audible, and sometimes it's audible halfway across the room. I've never heard this before. What could it be? I tried rolling back a couple of firmware updates, and the noise seems to have gotten quieter, but it's still there.

Black Cat turn of fortune hit advice

Hey everyone! I'm a Dive player (I play almost all Dive characters) and I'm trying to learn how to use the Black Cat, but my biggest problem right now is hitting it with the Money Steal button. How exactly does this button work? Is it projectile? Is it hitscan? Any tips on how to hit this button more consistently? I feel like it's closest to the Daredevil hook.

I would also appreciate any advice on how to use the character. Maybe there are some great guides for her? (Not for beginners, but more advanced things).

Dedica owners, share your recipes to good espresso! [Delonghi EC685]

Delonghi Dedica EC685 owners, please share your espresso recipes using a single-bottom basket!

I think I've tried absolutely everything: different roasts (always fresh), different BRs (from 1.5 to 2.5), different grind sizes, different brew times (from 17 seconds to 1 minute). I've tried single pre-infusion, double pre-infusion, preheating everything before brewing, using the WDT Tool and self-leveling tamper, tried both with and without a pack screen, different coffee dosages, and my coffee is always either sour, bitter, or both. With over one and a half kilograms of different coffees, I haven't managed to make a single good cup of espresso, so I'm not asking for advice, as I've probably already tried all of these tips. I'm asking Delonghi owners: what's YOUR recipe for making good espresso? What BR do you use? How much time do you count from the first button press, etc.

Performance massive drops after around 5-10 minutes of gameplay

Hello everyone! I've encountered a problem: when I first launch the game, my frame rate stays steady at around 120-90 fps, but after a while, the game simply stops using the graphics card, and its usage drops to 20-30%, while my frame rate can even drop to 30. I can't figure out what's causing this. Can anyone help me figure it out? Video attached. Playing on High settings in 1440p with DLAA. I think it can be CPU bottleneck, but I looked at my processor's performance tests in this game and others don't experience such a large FPS drop. Why might this happen?

My hardware specifications:
GPU: RTX 5070
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: DDR4 3200 Mhz 32 Gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Gaming X
OS: Windows 11 25H2

Hey everyone! What do you think about this seating position? I think it's comfortable, but something feels odd, yesterday I was playing and my shoulders felt a little uncomfortable. Would it be better to lower the back of the pedal plate a bit? Or should I raise it? Or should I lower the handlebars a bit? What would you change about this riding position?

u/Nekropl — 4 months ago

Hi everyone! I've been trying to get decent espresso for a while now using a Delonghi EC 685 and a Timemore C3 ESP grinder, and I've noticed something odd when I use my puck screen—my shots are always either bitter or sour. But today I tried brewing coffee without the puck screen, and my espresso turned out better than before. However, I could clearly see a strong channel in my bottomless portafilter, as it was spraying to one side. However, the grounds didn't look as good without the puck screen; they were still dense, but not as dense as when I use the puck screen.

So, is it the lack of a puck screen that made such a difference? Or how could this even happen?

Data:

I use a 17-18g basket. The coin test shows that 18g leaves a mark, but 17g doesn't, so I use 16.5g of coffee with a puck screen (0.7mm thick).

Espresso results:

Dark roast 16.5 grams of coffee, 36g yield, medium temperature, 23 seconds brew time.

What can you tell about the condition of the coffee from such a coffee tablet?
My coffee always turns out either too bitter or too sour (I can't find a recipe that works for me yet; I've changed everything except the beans, but I'm waiting for the new ones to arrive). I've also noticed these marks at the bottom of my grounds. What does this mean about the coffee? Are these channels in the grounds? How can I avoid this? I use the WDT Tool (pictured in the second picture) to distribute the coffee, and I also use a simple puck screen when brewing. I pour 16g of coffee into the basket that came with my bottomless portafilter (the basket is single-bottomed, I don't know how many grams it holds; it doesn't say on it, but people have reported that 18g is its maximum). The coffee is medium roasted and is 1.5-2 months old. Grinder Timemore C3 ESP.
