I have a slow internet connection via mobile hotspot, is there anything to make it faster

I wanted to play but i cant because of the constant delta 03 errors

When i try to load a game save, ATS does crash to desktop. I deactivated already the incompatible mods. The problem is only since the new update

Since the new update does ats crash to desktop when i try to load a save, i deactivated incompatible mods already.

What should i do

Im out of ideas what to convert next to classic space.
