hey everyone im new to reddit so please don’t hate me if this isn’t the right sub. for years i’ve active avoided medications but life is hard and out of control so i recently started fluoxetine in the am and hydroxyzine hcl at night along with a PPI due to stomach issues. since starting them i’ve noticed a lot more ‘out of body experiences’? not really sure what to call it. it feels like im watching myself from a third persons view a lot, especially when im sleeping. i also get weird tremors when i yawn and stretch. is this normal??? has anyone else ever experienced this? do i need to tell my doctor??
