Batman

I remember watching the show on my local MeTV in Chicago when it was on channel 23 only and WCIU as well. I’m hoping we get a nationwide version of that channel as well, please

Who here is an OG fan of the show?

I have been a fan since The Koz Zone era in Chicago land and of course, since the WCIU/ the OG Chicago MeTV on channel 23 before the show went nationwide. I miss when the show was on at 11 o’clock at night and repeats the next Saturday afternoon before the new show on Saturday night. The WCIU version played the 1978 Halloween movie and other movies like hell night with Linda Blair and other trashy low budget movies sometimes he would munsters go home

good and bad thoughts about my recent visit.

Went to Sandusky a few weeks ago to visit Cedar point in Ohio. Went to Chili’s the night before I went to the park, seeing that it had a 4.5 rating on Google from Yelp, I had to see exactly how good this Chili’s was because it had been years since I had Chili’s, like almost 20 years. I started off with a house. Margarita, because well, you know, Chili’s. I got mostly Marg mix with all the tequila, not blended well at all, and no salt on the rim! Like what the actual F? The appetizer was great but the chips were really salty. So far, not the greatest experience, but the server was amazing. She was working really hard. She was all basically all by herself with the exception with like one or two other coworkers. That’s what got them the rating not the food but the service. So if you don’t want the best food, but want great service visit here when you’re on vacation it’s cheap.

Why?

I was let go at the end of March because the other people I worked with in the gas station decided I was doing too much of other people’s jobs and they were getting in trouble for not doing work on their shift. I unfairly got shitcanned. today I start my new job as a manager at Jimmy John’s! better than making 14 an hour when I’m used to making $16 plus an hour. Meijer doesn’t know when they have a good and hard-working and dedicated team member when it bites them in the ass. Good riddance as a Meijer employee.
