Hello,

So we had this canon eos70d just sitting there for almost six years. It still looks new and have a kit lens + sigma 35mm. We haven't touched it that much, but now I really want to try filming and photography the only downside is that it's really heavy.

One of my relative says i should just sell it and buy a mirrorless camera because it's been trending and easy to use/light weight.

But I guess 70d isn't worth it that much today.. if I sell it same as the lenses and will still be short if I opt for mirrorless.

So... i have this neighbhor and I swear that I never really noticed him except like I'd look where he was and just gives a passing gaze and he will too. I thought that was it.

But when he had a brief encounter like we passed by each other closely and we had this brief intense stare and i was like 'why tf he's looking at me like that?' bc he gave me a blank expression but saw his forehead creasing in a way lol 😭 and after some days we'd just stare at each other but there was this one time that we exchanged polite smile bc he was going thru our way (and we're playing that time so we're blocking the way) and after that some few days again when I saw him, I just gave him a blank stare and he did stare back but I saw him smirked... so idk 😭 (i flipped lol)

Right now i couldn't even look at him like i normally do. And he's younger than me like 5 years age gap.

No other interaction yet though, i really want to like say hi to him and ask for his name first ...but as i've read... gemini men finds it thrilling to chase and they'll wreck you.

I'm single for almost 8 years tapos yung crush ko pa way younger than me. I think around 5 years ang age gap. Di ko talaga siya nano-notice non at nakakatingin pa ako sa kanya pero we had this brief intense stare na nagtataka ako bakit 😭 and from there naging crush ko tapos na-notice ko na talaga siya though it's just physical attraction lang naman. May iba pang encounter na parang may staring contest, tapos one time nagkangitian, tapos one time ulit tinitigan ko lang siya at tapos ngumisi lang siya non kaya di na ako makatingin... dapat pala ngumiti na lang ako.

Ayoko maging awkward (kapitbahay ko kasi) kapag nandiyan siya. Gusto ko na makatingin ulit lang sa gawi niya at maging confident. Ikr na crush pa lang pero ganito pala kapag sobrang tagal na single. Sa 8 years naman may mga nakausap ako pero (online) siguro kaya di success dahil awkward ako... pati mga tanungan or sinasabi ko sa mga naging ka-talking stage ko dati (At saka first time ko rin lumabas talaga dahil taong bahay ako hahaha so nakikita ko siya everytime nag-walking ako.)

I have seen a lot of people naman na mag-post ng mga sticker prints sa poste o sa pader. Pero ok lang ba kung minsan hindi about political stuff ang i-post sa pader, electric box (idk term sorry) o poste ng electricity (Dami rin kasi ako nakikitang malabanan sipsip pozo negro na naka-paskil sa poste, etc.)

I just wanted to make sure because I want to promote my page rin sa ga'nong paraan and want to start na nag-post dito sa subdivision namin. Thank you so much!

As someone na gusto na tumigil sa kape dahil mabilis mag-palpitate may masa-suggest ba kayo na brand/tea kahit yung tea bag lang (di pa po kasi keri yung loose leaf please correct me if im wrong) na mababa sa caffeine? Sabi kasi yung green tea daw mataas pa rin sa caffeine accdng to chat/google.

I'm currently trying yung gold leaf green tea (lifted naman na yung fda ban sa kanila)...

Also is it ok like to drink 1 tea bag (in a cup) + 1/2 cup na milk idadagdag (without any sweeteners) everyday?

Hello, I know the second question sounds stupid same as kung may ibang author din na makakaparehas ng name sa mga story mo.

Hard truth is that a lot of readers (im not generalizing ha) I've seen go on war about who came first with the title, name of the characters etc. (As someone na nagbabasa way back 2015+ sa wattpad kaya naman isa sa mga reason din kaya ako tumigil mag-sulat, fear of my characters getting compared by someone more famous)

1. How do u handle it?

2. Also how do u handle multiple plots coming in your head? Do you post it right away in your profile as coming soon? (I have seen some authors do this like if series siya talagang wala munang title but nakalagay coming soon) edit: for the sake na di rin masabihan na ginaya or something?

Nagsusulat kasi ako and this came up in my head ulit, dahil sobrang daming ideas na nakakalat and I really want just to post it as coming soon pero ayun baka mabati lang at di matuloy. Haha!

I just want to ask po paano ang ownership if duplex house at dalawang magkaibang pamilya ang nakatira?

Sa papeles po kasi nakalagay dun name ng tito ko, (naka and) yung asawa niya rin, tapos yung name po ng papa ko (hindi nasama yung name ng mama ko kasi yung papeles parang nagawa po siya parang before marriage). Wala pong prenup din parang around 80s+ po ito napamana.

Bali if ever po may mangyari sa papa ko (tumatanda na po kasi) may right pa po ba kami sa duplex house? Kahit hindi nakalagay name ng mama ko?

Sa tax/amilyar naman po mama ko lang lahat nagbayad e, sabi po sana ng nanay ko gagawa sana siya kasunduan/kasulatan na pwede lang makuha papeles if babayaran kami sa nagastos sa amilyar. Nasa amin pa rin po original na papeles.

May mga magme-medtech ba dito? Or nakapag-take na ng exam for medtech sa tua, feu, ceu, or ust?

Question lang:

1. Saan mas mahirap sa tatlo? Ang alam ko kasi tua and feu may battery/removal exam. How about ust/ceu?

2. May kakilala ako na hindi nakapasa sa standards ng feu for medtech like di siya pwede sa courses with board exams or licensure (mas makakapasa ba siya if sa ust if medtech pa rin ang ite-take?)

3. Suggest other university? (Pero pinipilit kasi gusto ust.. May removal/batt exam ba dito?)

Ps: idk bakit pinipilit nito na sa ust niya gusto mag-aral.. iniisip ko baka hindi medtech ang kunin na course. (Pag-papaaralin lang siya pero ayaw niya ng other uni lol)
