Bullying is a cancer, a plague, a disease. It affects the victim much more than you genuinely think. People doubt themselves, question their thoughts.

I was a victim of bullying and cyber bullying. Took me 5 years to sort my shit out (still healing). Those 5 years could’ve been spent making new friends, having experiences, studying, enjoying life. Instead it was severe depression, absence from school, hiding tears in blankets. I have been told by people that I’m slow and don’t understand social clues thats because i lost ALL my confidence.

I overthink every little conversation back in my head. Im more gullible now if people tell me I’m wrong i question myself. I can’t differentiate between friendly banter and genuine diss. I sometimes cry thinking about the person i was before the bullying started. I was very extroverted and happy, but then i got punched in the face by my friend on his birthday.

A kid from my class committed death due to severe cyberbullying. His voice was not “manly” and he got bullied for it to the point where he wouldn’t speak. He and i gave 9th board exams together (he sat behind me). We weren’t friends but when the results came he wasn’t here

This was 3 years ago, the parents lost their child due to some kids wanting to fit in within a group…

I hope none of you experience what i had to during those 5 years

Please please be very careful, if you think you’re “just joking” you clearly don’t know whats going on in someone’s mind. People fake laugh or smile to make the situation go away quickly but they are already dead inside

Make an effort to include those who don’t speak or are different

Like i think, since covid i can’t fully sleep. Everyday i wake up on different times, and always feel groggy. My eyes are always sleepy, i have some tired bags underneath my eyes and lil bit dark circles…

Is it insomnia? Am i the only one who cant feel “whole” after a nights sleep..

I have brain fog aswell. Sometimes, i think I’m not too far off of becoming Tyler Durden…?
