Are there any pictures or more details of these loading docks close up or even inside the docks, under the promenade on the southwest side?

I always wondered what they were mostly used for (obviously unloading trucks, yes but like more details lol) and their layout and if there was access to the main lobby from inside the docks. I know the main shipping ramp was on the NE side of the North face, for the whole complex.

There's the famous video taken on 9/11 in between collapses where the footage inside the lobby was filmed, and inside the loading docks was briefly filmed as the cameraman moved across Vesey St. There were people appearing to move a stretcher out of the loading area.

I also know that the diesel fuel oil for the base building system tanks were below the loading dock, and I believe the main pumps were located in a room off to the west of the loading docks.

I just really like WTC7 and love learning about that building. It was a very interesting and good looking building.

I've always been intrigued by this rather handsome building, that mostly got overlooked by the buildings surrounding it! I wish I got to see it in person. The red granite facade was so grand looking.

We've all seen the pictures inside of WTC7, but to get some stories of people who actually worked there day to day would be really neat.

If you worked there, I'd love to know what the daily routine for you was, and to describe your journey through the building and what the interior was like. The lobby, elevator banks, walking to your floor, maybe some of the common areas within the lobby or cafeteria spaces, as well as the floor that you spent most of your time in, and where your space was within the floor and what side of the building you liked the best. I'd imagine the view out of the north or south sides would be a little better than the east or west, due to more window glass.

I am a big supporter of a project to completely recreate the entire WTC site, from B6 to the highest floor, within Minecraft. In a 2:1 scale, and every little detail is going to be preserved, including all of the mechanical spaces.

I've noticed that during startup, the TGT rises past 600c, but never seems to fall back after the engine has reached idle. I would expect idle to be around 3-400c, depending on OAT. Is the idle TGT too high in your opinion, or is it a quirk of the TFE731 engine? I've watched a few videos, the TGT in real life definitely seems to be a bit lower at idle speed, but then again I don't know the OAT.

Steam rises from the old whistle kettle as your tea steeps, you hear a mysterious Great Horned Owl, it's call echoes in the distant forest. You prepare to nestle in close to the warm fire. You sit there and imagine all the years of happy memories the home must have experienced and all the people that lived in it. Ahh. This is a home. Cozy season has arrived. 🍂 The best season for snuggling up and being cozy.

So I've been noticing that in MSFS with my PC volume set at 100% and sim volume such that when in the FSLabs A321NEO the cockpit sounds are the volume I'd expect. Buttons, avionics fans, engines, etc. all sound great and it's not too loud when flying. However, certain planes have much quieter volume such as the PMDG 777 w/ Boris sounds. I can barely hear the avionics cooling or cockpit switches. Same goes for the iFly Max, which seems very muted. The JustFlight Hawk is super loud at takeoff power as it should be but I can't find a headphone jack. Any ideas on how to make each plane around the same volume? Because if I turn it up then the other planes become too loud 😅 I want to try and match the audio as if I was sitting in the real flight deck, in terms of how loud it is.

I love all the JustFlight Aircraft with the old Rolls Royce engines they have modelled. Olympus, Spey, Tay, Adour, etc. I know the upcoming Tornado has a Turbo Union engine which I can't wait to hear how that one will sound.

I'm interested in other aircraft for either MSFS or Xplane 12 with some older engines, maybe even fuel thirsty turbojets! I love the smokey and noisy old engines. I don't have as many aircraft for XP12 and maybe I'm missing out on a gem!

I'm not sure how much of a market exists to develop these older planes and thus older jet engines, but I sure love them! Yes, I fly the Airbus and modern jets too I just have a soft spot for older loud engines!!!
