How do u guys have greek yogurt bowls everyday or am i just fat and putting too much stuff in it? The issue is i feel like its not even a lot like its 1 banana 1 apple granola (but tbf the granola is very high in cal), yogurt, chia seeds cs i have issues with bloating, and greek yogurt

Full-fat Greek yogurt (95 g) ~92 kcal
Banana (135 g) ~120 kcal
Apple (116 g) ~60 kcal
Chia seeds (27 g) ~131 kcal
Granola (48 g) ~212 kcal
Total ~616 kcal

(I never had a credit card, but I want to know everything before owning one)
Let’s say I have $3000 credit card limit for the month
I spend $1000 and pay it on time.
A different scenario: what if I didn’t use the credit card for the month or only for simple $100 monthly payments? Does it affect negatively?
Why do some people get themselves into debt (I’m talking about people who buy expensive meaningless things using a credit card like luxury bags, etc)??
Is it that easy to go into debt?

Additional question: what if you wanted to cancel the credit card (without having debt, like you’ve been paying back the money regularly), is it easy to cancel it or is it a trap?
