Working on the Resource Transport Train from the Winterhome (not finished)

One core thing about Winterhome is that the resource train you keep sending back and forth to dreadnought and its still interesthing to me how Winterhome have these fully equiped trains that have 4 big wheels, 2 road tracks and 4 long sleds infront of it for any harsh Winter terrain, truly made for Frostpunk world and carry stuffs around but lm not sure if more than 10 people can ride this since from what l see the whole space left for these boxes and even though train have 2 face (like subway trains having 2 conductor room to control train back and forth) the engie cuts them in the middle so allows even less space. Design cool but l mean what the conductor gonna do? trow coal and turn his back to see the road? or its opposite where engine all the way in the back and conductor infront? hard to say since there no blue print or even wiki pages showing the train model, also no need to mention that there no clear part showing wheres the doors for this train.

l already made models like Generator and Automatons (they were much easy to make since there millions of pics in internet l can look) but l like to try make this train for some reasons, one being that l like the small details from FP1 even though we never see this train ever again, second is that l have a friend who can do script/coding stuffs so there a chance l can use this train as a veichle in my game so people can use these insted of walking in the Frostland

One funny thing about Winterhome evacuation transport train is that you can see the resource carring boxes and most ofem are loosely placed without any rope/chain holding them, showing Winterhome have learned nothing since the Last Autumn

To ones dont know that in TLA dlc we can find Train convoys shipping generator parts to Winterhome site but they lost many crates/boxes in their path do to either being rushed or didnt had any safety equipment to hold them on the train and a supervisor to check it. We have choice to give them back (even though cannon event being new liverpool stoling them) but it dosent gurantees them loosing it again or not so its safe to say that even if they got the boxes back they would have lost it again in the path

also interesthingly this train have 4 big wheel, 4 sled part and 2 road wheels. not just regular train wheels most people assumes, this train ineed designed for harsh terrain without needing train tracks

also again l cant really see wheres the god damn door on this train, how the conductor and 49 people entering this?

Whic Nation/Language you guys think have one of the best fitting names for Frostpunk world?

In FP1 people can rename their Automaton/citizens since game sets them English/Scotish names at start but l wonder if some people actually care enough to name them to something special from their langauge like the exmaple picture l made

''Mechanized Lancer'' concept visualized

One dark concept Frostpunk world have is the ''Mechanized lancers'' even though there very few words of them in FP1 without a visual like in TLA and Refugees scenerio but the idea of them is scary since our normal Automatons is size of a avrage house and without even the intent of hurting some one, they still can accidently crush some one or break a entire work place apart because they are stuck

now image this big machine with intent of hurting people while having guns.

Normaly in internet and in some other concept the Lancers shows as 2 leg machines with guns and transportation for soldiers but l mean even in FP1 they shit on that kind of design so its better to assume Lancers being similer to Automatons like a beta/prototype versions and cheaper to make, maybe even a human controling it insted of a pre programmed thing

UK commonwealth flag but Frostpunk 2 world version (simplified)

l love making custom flags but everytime when l try to make one for New London l keep getting the same comment ''Non of the factions give a f*ck about old empire expect overseers'' so imagen this flag as alt version of UK flag and not just New London flag

Normaly l made a another flag but it was too messy and unnecessarily detailed. In this flag l changed stars to north stars (like how FP council room and other places use north star symbol insted of basic one) l also changed colony symbols like austrilia, canada to New London colonies like dreadnought, winterhome and companies

The symbol l used for dreadnought comes from FP1 on the edge flag but a bit edited version same as winterhome. For the last one l made a custom company based of 2 irl companies created in 1886-1930 UK William Beardmore comapany and Whitworths, william is a steam ship and engies meanwhile whitworths is a dried fruit company whic l see kinda fitting for FP world and considering irl British empire was leaving big part of the lands to companies for easy control so it wouldnt be too far New London giving too much power to a company that it turns into a mega corp expectly if this company making 2 imporent thing we need in Frostpunk world, steam cores and food

What is some details/differences you would expect from Frostpunk world if you were able to explore it?

like tents and other small buildings having extra support lines to stand still in Frostland wind or every building having a snow shovel inside just in case (in FP1 game you can see many buildings having sleds for citizens to use)

in the image lm trying to recreate one of the camps we can find start of the New Home scenerio (the only one who have the union jack flying across the camp) also there a small detailed l added about the flag and its that normaly this a ''UK commenwealth'' flag used during the 19th century but one key detail is missing, in the original flag there British raj sysmbol in middle of it but since in FP lore the colonies such as Raj collapsed during the TLA that detail is missing meanwhile other colony symbols like canada, austrilia, south africa still there

''Good morning citizens of New London! Now... GET BACK TO WORK!''

My FP1 map updated a lot with things like 2 varation of houses added (thanks to one of my contributor designing skeleton of the house), guards towers fixed and details added, agitators design changed slightly, overall city layout changed and some other small things in the game lobby

inspired by both ussr poster ''we have no other home!'' and Frospunk beacon/new london since New London claims they are the last city alive even though there a big chance in other side of the globe there another human civilation or maybe a generator site

Flags are complety custom made of course (expect poland and IEC) it goes like New london, Frenchs, Germany, Ottomans, USA, Nordic-Russia and remains of IEC across the earth

l was planing to add a Snowman to my FP1 map but then l decided to ''why not give him FP clotesh too?'' and this thing comed up lol, l normaly love snowmans too (last image is a clay snowman l made) it survived almost 7 year, 2 moving house, countless attacks from my little family members and over the years he lost his broom, buttons, fingers and have cracks all over him so he is now like 60 percent glue to keep him intact but still alive

also l just find it interesthing there no content about Snowman in Frostpunk like the entire world is snow, l know people probably hates snow at a point to not play with it but l mean they are silly things to build

l have a FP1 map (players can go and visit it to see from FP1 citizens view) but the city layout is tricky do to 3 different factor.

1: It needs to be similer to what FP1 players create while playing the game like houses in generator range, bunch of storage, steam hubs locations and etc.

2: The layout needs to be easy to understand for players wandering around so they wont be lost around some houses while trying to find other buildings.

3: City needs to look good and releastic like Winterhome design (Winterhome have its Cookhouse and Public house in first ring of the generator like a real life town would do with putting their most used buildings near the centre of the city)

l already plan to put some buildings next to eachother like cemetery/church, cookhouse/public house and some others but l wonder how other FP1 players design their city to look good
