The tournament scene

Hello, I live in Italy where my LGS plays often games that aren't 40k. In my LGS Is also D&D and MTG (which I also play) but the Warhammer guy (great guy btw) strongly dislikes 40k and prefers 30k (I like It as well but I also like OPR). He doesn't like OPR because he thinks that It's too reduntant (even if I keep telling him that It Is much closer tò 30k than 40k). Therefore I didn't think any tournaments of OPR are going to get done in my LGS anytime soon.

Therefore I would like to know if there were tournaments on something like TTS. I know some time ago Warboss Fitz hostess a tournament but irl. Is there someone that organizes them online?

(Btw I would also like to know how Is the OPR tournament scene. The few times I player 40k was with friends or in an LGS Campaign (which was later canceled because of both scheduling conflicts and the fact that the owner dislikes the system so much) It was pretty weird, also I like the AoS system but the very few times I actually played It It was very competitive and not really fun, I player 30k with the owner once and It was really fun, also One time I played 40k with a 30k player and It was also fun, so I have started tò think that burnt out GW players are generally friendlier and more fun to play against than competitive player. So the question Is: Who often plays in OPR tournaments? Friendly ex-GWs or competitive players? (no offence for competitive players I Just had bad experiences))

Ah and another thing which Is very unrelated but want tò know because I am thinking of subscribing to Patreon, which Is the current paper army that Is being made?

Thanks, also Sorry for spelling mistakes, most of them are because of Italian auto-correct.

3.6

Hello, I wanted to ask something about 3.6.

Is Thano still adding and tweaking stuff? Because some army rules are just Broken. Like sisters and Jesters, some suck like Alien Hives. I Just watched some of Good'nuff hour long new vid and I agree. It's cool that they are trying to diversify armies, but in doing so they are doing like GW's Warhammer were there are faction rules that are straight up better than others or some that they are only usable if you are doing something specific (NOT MOVING, THEREFORE NOT PLAYING BASICALLY) what do you think?

Army Forge 3.5

If 3.6 comes out, will we be able to get the old versione of Army Forge? If not can someone ask Thano on the Discord to do that? I currently can't, thanks. Because I do not like the new army rules nor the new assault rules (even if I'll probably triplicate skirmish), as of right now.

Homebrew stuff

Hello, I like OPR, probably in my top 3 wargames. I also like other games like AoS and 30k, I think they are better and faster than 40k, but of course GW Is GW and they Always try to ruin stuff with 3 year cicle. I wanted to ask of OPR would be balanced with stuff from those games, I specifically like the Rage dice mechanic from AoS, It's fun and allows both players to do more with a meta currency. Do you think it could be put in OPR?

Questions about rules

Hello, I am getting back into OPR, and I wanted to ask: How does routing work? Can I play without It? From what It seems It Just sucks to lose a unit because it lost combat. Also, unrelated, but why do Mummified and Ghosts not have the undead rule?

Thoughts on Norn Emissary proxy

Thwse are my finale results on my Norn Emissary. I don't know if the skin Is too dark, but on the sides where it was TOO Dark tò fix I tried to add psichic effects tò make it stand less out. On the arm It has some purple Energy, and on the Little holes on the tail also. I still have to fix some Little things like the color on some places. But I think the dark look sort of gives It the "grimdark" aesthetic, so It's cool now that I think about It, but I would still appreciate as many opinions as possible. What do you think?

Questions about design

Why aren't there any units with 2 as their toughness I find It kind of annoying that some units have either 1 or 3 tough. I think that It's king of weird, maybe It's just me, but maybe I think things like cavalry could get T2 or maybe some Heroes could get T4 or T5, so why Is it all 3 multipliers? Is It for balancing reasons?

Question on Advanced rules

Hello, I have player wargames for almost a year now and I often go at my local GS to play. I dislike Warhammer 40k, and enjoy AoS and 30k (mostly because of their balanced etc...). I also really like OPR, I often use It as a resting point or a way to play my AoS armies against my friend's 40k armies. The biggest problema with the game It's that it Is too simple. I sorti of enjoy army Rules and differentiation, I like my armies to be different and have different stuff, but in OPR 3.5 many faction rules are repeating and boring, therefore I ask if there Is something in the Advanced rules to negate that problem, otherwise what would be homebrew Rules to fix it.

Is It piracy?

Hello, I have a Netflix account to watch anime, but I am abroad and do not have it on my phone. Would It be piracy to use a "not so legal website" to Watch an anime that is on Netflix but I currently can't access?

My First attempt at Nighthaunt

Earlier this year (I think One month ago) I bought and already painted Nighthaunt army for 65/70€, really good deal, It's already painted but I don't want tò repaint It, so I wanted to do two schemes for the army, basically opposite, one Is light and blueish (the One I already bought) and the other dark and greenish (my models), I haven't painted the Weapons yet.

What do you think?

Kitbashed armies.

I have an army that includes Stormcasts and Custodes models, then I also would like to do kitbashes with them. I do this because I like both the factions and I think that they look pretty well together (also I can play both AoS, 40K and 30K). However I don't know if my army would be ok for tournaments ecc... What do you think? Would it be ok?

Help to Kitbash some Stormcasts and Custodes

I like the idea of both and wanted to use them for both games, but I want some simple stuff.
For now my ideas include:
Not a fan of the Annihilator heads, so I wanted some thoughts on that
Paladins got into legends, but I wanted to proxy them as something else since I think the models are cool
Something with Prosecutors, I think they are a bit too slim for my taste
Lord Veritant is cool but I don't really like the head 'cause I don't like painting them.
Something with a Lord Celestant.

I have just gotten into AoS from 40K (I still play it but also want to play AoS) and I have a Tyranid army that I wanted to proxy for casual play. I heard that that is a good idea to start the game, but I just like my nids and like the F.E.C. lore, so I just decided that they are a 40K army who believes it's an AoS army, who believes it's an army of noble knights. Whaddayathink?
