Imquiring about gerbils

I am new here. I don't have a gerbil yet, but plan to get one. Due to being a collge student, there is no relative stability, but i am about to graduate and hopefully have a job lined up, so it may work out. I had a dog when i was 10 that i had to forfeit due to immaturity. Now that I'm 20+, i have decided to go for these little furballs to atone for it. I live in Dallas and was wondering if there was anywhere to go to adopt/buy them from. Tips and other valuable and vital information. Thanks.

Is your view of the world warped by Hollywood

Hello y'all. I'm a Nigerian American raised mostly in Nigeria. I came across this video where the guy said he was not going to watch odyssey because of the casting. It's msotly about how the cast are all american. Specifically white american. He goes on further to talk about how watching too much american media is bad because it can manipulate how minorities see the world.

Obviously, i was raised with watching a mix of Nigerian, Indian and American media, so i don't have any warped views. I have watched medias from all continent, because of my curiosity. I wanted to know y'alls view on the world and what media shaped or affected you. Was Hollywood media prevalent in your life. Particularly, those that were raised in the west.

The kind of striker Japan needed

Obviously, this is a once in a lifetime thing for Ferran. Good game regardless.

Just be an Egoist!

Bro had the mighty Haaland by his side and decided to just give it a shot.

Edit: Looking back, I should have changed the title, since Sorloth did the opposite of what an egoist does.

Only 2 african team remains

Out of 10 african nations, only 2 remain. The world cup might as well just be the euros, Argentina, Brazil, and Morocco because African teams clearly struggle in knockout stages. What stopped most african teams from getting through?

5'10 with 77 inch reach

I used to struggle with self esteem wanting to be 6ft+, but i have accepted who i am. On another note, I checked out my reach last week and was expecting it to be shorter, but it landed at 77 inches, which i believe is to be 6'5.

I genuinely could not watch this with a straight face

Heather being Heather

I never thought there would be a character I hate more than Seema, but here we are. I was going through this episode enjoying it, then comes this lady whining about Muse again. The trauma is understandable, but this scene was just cringe to watch without being baffled.

Was I at fault?

Me and my team captured all the point first match, then the other team captured their points. We lost the match 3-6. Their cyclops was super annoying to deal with and my tank duo was not helping much. Our white fox and psylocke were blaming each other for the loss which led to an argument on the chat. I was so pissed because I legitimately tried my best to win this match despite the odds.

Pantheon was a great scifi watch

I gotta say, this series has been a wonderful ride. One of the best scifi medias, i have seen. I really liked the ending, even though it was like a fever dream.

Two semesters left with a 2.570 gpa

So i finished the spring sem with a 2.570 gpa. Three D's in 3 credit hour classes. A B in 2 credit hour and C- in 3 credit hours. One of the classes i got a D( It's a D+ actually), was a retake. I have two new 3 credit hour this summer along with a retake for the retake class( three peat). For the fall, i have 2 retakes on the D's (no three peat) and 3 new credit hours courses. I would rather graduate UTD with a 3.0+ gpa as it would be better for a Computer Engineering Major. Would it be possible to get a 3.0+ gpa with this plan or should i stay an extra semester?

I am having issues looking at the descriptions of videos on youtube shorts

It does not let me look at any video description, but rather changes the cursor from a pointy finger to a text entry. This is on my laptop

Cumulative Gpa question

So i recently took an exam in CE 3303 that i was expecting atleast a C on. The grades comes in and it turns out i get a 30 on it. So my final grade ended up a D+. The thing is that this is my 2nd time taking it. The first time, i took this horrible professor that introduces new materials two days before exam. The 2nd professor is not good in lectures and exams are barely on what we study. With that in mind, i will have to delay my graduation due to senior design prereqs not met. I also have to pay out of state tuition. If i take it the third time and somehow get an A, will it replace my previous grade or average it. I would really like my gpa to be up, but if it's averaged then it may potentially ruin it.j
