Prop Joe in Season 5

Rewatching. Prop Joe's behavior is nonsensical. He gives Marlo the Greek connection, introduces him to Levy. All the while Marlo is breaking apart the coop with Hungry Man and killing butchie and convincing Cheese to switch sides. Prop Joe really should have been smarter and just killed the top 3 in Marlos org. His aversion to violence became too extreme

Protein Shake suggestions?

I used to use owyn but their formula changed. I'm looking for something with limited gums and thickeners. Does anyone have a suggestion for RTD format?

35M Advice appreciated on lowering cholesterol

I'm a 35M. 196lbs. My BMI is about 25.7. Never smoked. Never drank. Lift weights 3x a week. Light cardio but a former lifelong runner. 1 year post testicular cancer.

My bloodwork came back with high ldl, high triglycerides and high other cholesterol. I tested at about 3pm and accidentally had 2 protein shakes at about 830am if that matters.

The readings were: HDL: 42. LDL: 137 Triglycerides: 150. Non-HDL 167. Total Cholesterol: 207.

All other bloodwork was normal

My 10 year prevent was under 1%. My 30 year was 7.2%. Doctor said the 30 year is just under where statins get reccomended.

I am not sure what to do or what can be done. I read statins have side effects like muscle weakness and cramps and am leery of them. I don't want to start an irreversible drug while I already have other health issues.

I am trying to change my diet. I didn't realize that saturated fats are basically in everything and are so bad. At one point I had a dessert each night with 50% DV saturated fats, which I obviously killed. I was also getting no fiber. I used to eat 4 eggs for dinner 3 to 4x a week and stopped that totally.

I switched my breakfast to 2 protein shakes + overnight oats with flax seeds and chia seeds. I try to get fiber and omega 3s as well.

I only do red meat once or twice week now, sometimes less. I cap fast food at 2-3x a month. I switched pasta to lentil based noodles. For lunch I have switched to salmon or chicken breast. I am now eating fish 5 meals a week either salmon or safe catch tuna or frozen tilapia

Past few weeks roughly I am now at 32g fiber per day, 8.2g of omega 3s, saturated fat is now 23g, cholesterol 126mg, sugar 60g.

I used to get basically no fiber and minimal omega 3s.

I am not sure if these changes are meaningful or if I should be doing more

In classic outlook, you can open a message and attach your individual calendar. it's an awesome feature.

My question is how can I do the same thing for a group calendar?

Currently at my firm someone made a group calendar with 3 people including myself as members. When I view this calendar, all events are blank. There are 0 events.

How can I make a calendar that contains all events of my team (the event titles and such can be anonymized)

And then attach that calendar to emails.

No scheduling polls and calendly will not work.
