Are medium-sized companies already using local AI connected to internal data, for example internal documentation or helpdesk systems?

I started building a project using VS Code + Codex (ChatGPT Plus), but I ran out of tokens and buying more is quite expensive, especially since my app doesn't make any money.
I had a good experience with OpenAI GPT-5.6 Sol. I also tested Google Antigravity, but the tokens ran out very quickly there.
Can I realistically continue working on my project using a local model in LM Studio Bionic? If so, which models or coding agents would you recommend for these two PCs?
I'm running an old Intel i5-6500 with 16GB RAM and an RX 6600, paired with a 4K 165Hz monitor and honestly, it works surprisingly well.
I mainly use it for browsing the internet, watching YouTube, and playing older games.
I’ll probably upgrade when Nova Lake is out, but until then I'm enjoying this weird old/new hardware combo.

In my country, I can get the Asus XG32UCWG for a pretty good price right now.
Would it be worth waiting for the Asus XG32UQWMS with the new Tandem WOLED panel instead?
Does anyone have any idea when the XG32UQWMS might become available in Eastern Europe?
ASUS advertises the new panel as having:
On paper that sounds great, but I'm wondering if those improvements are actually noticeable in real-world use or mostly marketing.
On the other hand, I have an LG C2 42" OLED that I've been using since 2022, and it's still working perfectly with no issues. I'm also very happy with it.
That makes me question whether it's really worth paying extra just for the newer Tandem WOLED panel.
