I've been with AXA since 2021 and I'm due for a renewel in October. Got a letter in the post today with my new fully comprehensive price which is €564.43

I rang them to see why for the last 2 years my prices are increasing even tho I have no penalty points, no driving convictions and no accidents. The guy on the phone said everybody has been getting increased insurance prices and that he can give me a €20 discount for being with AXA for so many years.

I remembered my dad had moved to 123 insurance so I thought it's worth filling out some information and seeing what price I get with them. Fully comp with 123 came out to €461.28 so I decided to go with them instead.

Several dead following crash involving car travelling wrong way on M9 - latest updates

Four people, including a child, have been rushed to hospital following the early-morning crash

Gardai fear as many as four people have lost their lives in a road crash in rural Co Kildare in the early hours of the morning.

The horror crash happened on the M9 Northbound at Junction 3 at approximately 3am on Sunday morning. It is understood the crash involved two cars on a northbound stretch of the road.

Sources say all the deceased were in one car. That car was travelling the wrong way on the northbound carriageway.
