Does it get much more perfect than this? Still hope the driver is ok

Edit: to clarify no it's not perfect that people not "involved" had to be involved

When in 4th gear, the gear shift lever jumps forward when pressing the accelerator, and moves back when releasing it. In 3rd gear, there are similar movements, but more subtle. The entire clutch was replaced 3 days ago. It's a 2008 Peugeot 308, 1.6 HDi, without a dual-mass flywheel and without a DPF.

Adding in this edit for some of the comments So the only thing this video doesn't show is that we all just got started going from a red light and i was giving some space because it had been stop and go traffic with random bursts of speed and abrupt stops the entire drive on this road (Biscayne)

I say mildly because not much damage occurred and this was at low speeds. Sorry for km/h it's a new dash cam and i didn't notice this until i needed it

This is the third time I've had this exact thing happen. This first two broke my control arm and i had to wait a bit over a month for parts and repairs. I wasn't going to have that happen this time so as he is apparently trying to merge into me i dodged him best i could and jumped the median without getting too close to the on coming car.

I told him to give me $300 for the scraped fender flair and call it a day since i had stuff to do and i was fairly confident i successfully evaded enough to shield my tire from damage. He got on the phone for like 5min then came back acting like he thought i was trying to rip him off and said call the cops to which i said fine.

In the end my insurance told me they would in fact replace my fender flair ($350) and did a full suspension check of the entire front side since both sides got impact. Found scratches on my rims and attributed them to the accident and is currently getting touched up by an artist.

All in all $1500 cost
