Finisher Tee
First marathon, picked the wrong size of finisher tee. It looks pretty swish. Am I too late to change the size? When do you get it?

How to people prepare for the early start? For context I am running Sydney on 30 August, estimated start time is about 7:00 (I think), best practice recommends to get there 90 mins before. I also spend about 1.5 hours before any long run doing basic leg exercises, coffee breakfast etc. I am probably going to have to get up around 3:30am I think. Is this normal? Sleep is integral to everything, so do people do a circuit breaker the week of marathon prep? I.e. force the early rise and reset the body clock so you go to sleep earlier? First marathon, appreciate the advice.
Any recommendations for a decent wireless hoover with good suction? I am looking something portable and flexible for car detailing. Storage capacity not so much as an issue. Preferably rechargeable rather than 12v cigarette lighter plug in. Thanks

Need a boot lid ding repaired. Any recommendations for paintless dent repair in Sydney? Amazing what these lads can do with magnets. Magnets man. Cheers
Long story short. Upgraded my car, same colour, 10 years younger. What can I do to prevent lacquer peel? Is it as simple as hand wash and regular wax? I am looking DIY and cost effectiveness for protection against UV and marine climate. Appreciate any guidance you guys have.
Always found you guys to be honest and helpful, so whatever you got, please let me know. I am the proud owner of a 2007 VRS Octavia wagon. The time has come to upgrade (wife needs an auto).
I am going to inspect a 2017 (NE MY18 RS 169 TSI) Octavia VRS wagon this weekend. Price is approx $16K (AUD) with 134,000km on the clock. Right price point for the Aussie market, have been patiently looking for a while.
Any advice, recommendations, warnings, good news story’s you guys have of the 2017 model? Think it’s a facelift year from what I can tell. I remember people discussing some sort of spooky suspension situation on the 2020 beyond models that I wasn’t aware of. So anything like that would be useful.
Any help and advice would be appreciated.
Need some help/advice. Sydney marathon is coming up, I currently am training with a Salomon vest, not going to run the race with the vest, but they are great for storing all my gels.
I’m going to need to carry about 10 gels, I will have a running belt, but sticking my phone in there. What do you guys recommend? Local running shop recommended these Nike shorts (loads of pockets) but no compression lining.
I have been training with ASICS with a compression lining is there any shorts out there that do both storage and lining? Do I even need the lining??
Keen to hear what you guys think.
Hello, I’m based in NSW Australia. My Mrs is looking something with a bit more “height” so she can see the road, also family planning is the current talking point.
In my opinion, the only smaller jeep/SUV for me is the Forester. I’m a petrol head, so naturally want the XT. Budget is approximately $20K (AUD). I seem to be in the 2014 -2018 model range and over 120,000 on the clock.
Can anyone provide any testimonials for the durability, function, practicality (speed/lift?) of this model? Any tips on what to look for when buying second hand would also be appreciated.
Much appreciated.
Hello,
I know nothing about shoe rotations, or running shoes in general. I have a pair of ASICS Gel Nimbus 22, that I train with. I am running Sydney Marathon on 30 Aug. This is my first marathon. I am looking the slightest bit of insight into what race shoes to buy, I would prefer to stick with ASICS if possible, but open to suggestion. I am 35YO M, about 5’10” and consider myself a decent runner (half marathon time about 1hr 30mins). Any comments will help thanks.
