Symptoms early stage

For 5 months I’ve been struggling with vomiting and heavy acid reflux, sometimes nausea. I used to throw up every single day on the train no matter what I ate. I’ve had the same lifestyle habits for 3 years, I’ve been tested negative for H. Pylori and had my bloodwork done, and the doctor said I had “marathon level” bloodwork. I have an organic whole food diet, don’t drink or smoke and run 6+ miles a day. Although sometimes I have genuinely such painful cramps. I’ve been to the GI and they keep dismissing it as GERDS and stress related IBS but most times I’m not even stressed. I’m getting stool tested and just had a sonogram. Kind of worried as I know most people get diagnosed late stage. Unsure what to do. Is endoscopy next step?

Anxiety booming out of nowhere

I’ve always been an anxious person, have some butterflies in my stomach before presentations and common things like that. But this January it’s gotten real bad mostly in the physical sense, whenever I had presentations I would literally feel like I was going to throw up in the middle of it. Everyday on the train I would actually throw up. I went to the GI doctor and got diagnosed with IBS, but probably just due to the stress and anxiety. Do you guys think beta blockers or like propanol would be a good fit?

Buying Golf R at 16

Do you guys think Golf R at 16 is a justifiable decision? I am young but I know that I'm a responsible driver. Im looking at a MK8 so anywhere from 22-24. I'm paying in full not taking out any loan and im under my parents insurance policy so its actually quite cheap since everything is bundled together. Can anyone give a second opinion on this? Is a R too much and I should just go for the GTI?

Looking for new car (CT5, Golf R, etc)

Hey everyone, looking for a new car but I would but it probably pre owned. My budget is no more than $43k. I prefer 4 doors but 2 is fine if there's space in the back. It has to be somewhat comfortable and have good performance. Contemplating a CT5 550T with the TTV6 or the Golf R, anyone else have any recommendations? Thanks a lot

Recommendation

Considering what jetski to get, budget of around 12k, needs to be able to go in semi rough ocean (Rhode Island), fit 2 people. Doesent have to be performance but should be fun.

Question about manifesting

If you tell people, like friends or strangers that something already happened that you’re trying to manifest; and acting as if you already have it, does that help in manifestation?

My accident today - who’s at fault

I’m in the blue RDX, had a green light when the white SUV had a yield sign and didn’t look before crossing the 2 lanes of traffic, who’s at fault?
