Has anyone’s nose just dripped when they have started colesevelam / welchol binders? How long were you on it before you noticed a difference; and to fully get the mold out? I’ve had mold for 5 years and also about to add in VIP and Marcon spray

Hello/ currently taking “Clear the Hidden” Herbals for suspected late Lyme disease. Has anyone ever experience increased SI joint pain as a die off symptoms For reference I have mold as well but did not respond to shoemaker protocol so we are suspecting possible late Lyme disease as well because of my hypermobility joint pain that came on out of the blue a year and half ago and it hasn’t gone away since. It had increased so much since upping the herbal dosages. I am also wondering if I should add in Doxycycline. Thank you

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows why the peloton saddle, with a cushion cover, is causing me to have bad knee hip and back pain, and other indoor spin bikes from gyms like CycleBar are giving me no pain. I have hypermobility and was so excited to purchase a Peloton and I’m trying not to freak out. I’m wondering if my saddle is too wide?
