White out tattoos

Is there anyone in columbia that specializes in this technique? Willing to travel pretty much anywhere in mo honestly.

Alcohol?

I don’t normally drink, however for special occasions I will.

I had TWO glasses of wine last night with dinner.

I spent the night throwing up and have had the poops all day. The other person there didn’t get sick so I can only imagine it’s related to the mounjaro.

How are yall having a few drinks and not shitting yourself?

What does more energy look like to you?

More energy means something different and affects all of our lives differently. What does more energy look like for you?

To me, it’s waking up in the morning and not immediately feeling like I need to take a nap. I’m also able to keep up at gymnastics with my daughter a lot better than before.

Can’t wait to hear everyone else’s!

Pulling out the big guns.

I haven’t pooped in 5 days. I’ve been taking my fiber, stool softeners and have had good protein and water intake.

Today I’m pulling out all the stops before going to a laxative.

Extra espresso large coffee ✔️
Double dose of stool softener ✔️
Having to be in public all day 😂✔️

How long until it feels real?

Some of you may have seen my post but I just got my first big rock! (Engagement ring upgrade)

I keep staring at it and it just doesn’t feel real. It’s so perfect and shiny. It’s crazy. Maybe I need another big rock to make it all feel real 😂

New hair wash products

I usually use Milbon smooth shampoo and conditioner but the price has recently gone up to $60 a bottle and that’s just too much.

I have a lot of fine hair. Bleached and dyed. History of alopecia.

Any suggestions?
