Colt King Cobra, 1987 Edition. I made the case from curly maple.

I made a rolling clamp cart. I used 6 2X4's and milled them down to 1-1/8" thick. All the angles were 7°. I still have a couple of tweaks left to do.

So I have had these clamps for years and over time glue has dried on the small locking ridges. Is there any solvent, chemical, or process that will soften the glue? I have tried a wire brush on a drill but very little progress.
