Multi-city booking additional baggage Air India

Does anyone have any experience with doing multi city booking (international+domestic) on Air India and then adding additional baggage? Does adding extra bag on one flight directly apply it to all flights on that booking?

Baggage Size Restriction - Air India

Hi, I am going to fly from EWR to BOM soon on Air India. I have a 3 additional cardboard boxes on top of my allowed limit of 2 checked bags as I am permanently moving back.

The total dimension of each box comes to 64 inches (24x20x20) as compared to the allowed limit of a total of 62 inches as per their website: https://www.airindia.com/in/en/travel-information/baggage-guidelines/checked-baggage-allowance.html

Do you think this might cause an issue at the airport as it is only 2 inches above the allowed size limit, or should be ok?

I cannot size down to a smaller box as my stuff won’t fit in them and might need an additional box instead. So this box dimension is what I am looking at.

Any recommendations or suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.

Hi everyone, I am A3 right now and looking to quit once I hit my three-year mark, as the firm Contributions to 401(k) does not vest until the three year mark I believe.

Does anyone know that if I quit the very next day I hit the three year mark, will it affect the 401(k) contribution from the firm and if I will still be able to have it once time, employment is over?

Any help is really appreciative. Thank you.

Hi guys,
I am an A3, planning to quit post the summer break given by KPMG during 4th July.
I would ideally want to have my end date as 10th of July, which is a Friday, as I would complete exactly 3 years on this day and would be eligible to get the vesting for the 401(k) CAP Contribution,
but given that I will be giving my resignation on 6th July after the break, and generally, you are expected to give a notice of two weeks, I will have to stretch my last day till 17th
What are my options in this case? How bad it will look if I just give one week notice. I have a good relation with my PML and don’t want to burn any bridges.
It may sound stupid, but is there an option to quit before the break and have my end date as 10th of July still?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
