Depop support will only briefly answer my emails with an ai chat bot, I need a human agent and I can’t get one and I’m trying to get back into my account. How long did this take for them to respond to you and help you resolve your issue?
I was logged out of my account this morning and have been so stressed all day, I have almost 70 5 star reviews and always follow depops community rules. I’ve contacted depop support but it hasn’t been any help and have no idea what the email I used to create it so I can only confirm my account by proof of screen shots, and bank information, etc, but depop won’t get back to me. I have money in my account waiting and orders to ship out that I now don’t have the label for. Has this happened to anyone else and am I just completely out of luck? Also if this has happened to you how long did depop support take to get back to you?
I have been selling on depop for about a year and today I woke up to be logged out. I’ve tried just about everything to get back in and now I’m waiting on depop support. Did this happen to anyone else or do they know why??? I’m so irritated I have money on there and orders to ship out and depop support is almost no help. They also removed passwords??
I got it at goodwill and I’m pretty sure it’s fake but I want to check lol
