What summer camp / programs for kids were worth it this year?

I know summer isn't even over but I'm already given thoughts to next year.

I'm curious what summer day camp, structured program, or anything you kids were enrolled in that were worth it.

I'm specifically looking for 7-12 for age range but if you have any info on something for younger or older feel free to share.

LED channel reccomdation request. Kitchen down lighting for upper cabinets.

I'm wanting to remove this upper cabinet skirting. (Not my cabinets but identical trim).

What I'm looking to do is to remove this trim, it's separate strips that are held on with L brackets. I want to use is 45 degree LED channel pointed towards the wall/counter.

What I'm struggling with is finding a channel that will sit flush with the mounting surface being one edge of the L and the other side being exposed to the kitchen.

I'll paint to match the cabinets so it has a similar look to what's there now just significantly shorter.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Not the Saturday morning I wanted but honestly should have expected.

So last night we (daughter) were out far too late hanging out at a friend's house, we didn't leave until after the kid was supposed to be asleep already.

I was expecting some sleeping in so I took advantage of it and had two cups of coffee in peace.

Started making waffles for breakfast, got the batter made, made a 3rd coffee and at 9:45 the kid stagers into the kitchen dragging a blanket and a pillow. Looks at me, farts, then leaves to go lay on the couch.

So I start making waffles, 15mins later my wife finally dragged herself out of bed.

I get them set up at the table with fresh waffles bacon and all the accessories. While I continue to cook the remaining batter.

Wife eats a few and comes to give me a chance to eat, so I sit down, grab one waffle.... DAD! Nose Bleed!

Off we go to the washroom.

Get the nose bleed stopped, send the kid to mom for damage assessment. I stay to clean the crime scene.

Kid is now with mom on the couch watching TV, it's now 15 to lunch and I'm getting to have my first waffle, and only waffles because all the bacon is gone.

Happy Saturday everyone

Looking for hotel suggestions for Kimberly or Cranbrook for two nights.

Hello,

I'm doing a road trip this month and it looks like I need to do a stop in either Kimberly or Cranbrook for two nights.

Looking for hotel suggestions.

A pool would be a huge plus.

So what kind of floors we'll working on? And do you like it?

Boss is wanting to do an epoxy coating on the floor and I think it's a bad idea.

So I'm wondering what everyone else is working with and how you'll feel about it.

What's Canada Day like at the capital?

Looking for information about what Canada Day is like in our capital.

Vancouver is the largest Canada celebration I've been to and I'm curious what it's like in Victoria.

Can I still use a touchscreen keyboard?

Odd question I know but being android I assume there will still be a way to use a touchscreen keyboard? I know this will render the vast majority of the screen useless but, there are times when I need a completely silent keyboard.

Does this sound doable?

Compressed air pipe

Long shot I think but I'm looking for a Canadian made compressed air distribution pipe. This will be for a commercial/industrial installation.

**Edit for reference I've used the SmartPipe+ system by Kaeser and it's very good. Link below for reference. https://ca.kaeser.com/en/products-and-solutions/compressed-air-piping/

IPEX seems to make a poly aluminum hybrid but I can't confirm if it's made in their Canadian or US plants.

Not 100% sure what way I want to go, I just know I'm not keen on steel, I need to look at needing over 300m

Vancouver Aquarium not doing sleepovers anymore?

I remember the aquarium doing sleepovers for teens and families but I can't seem to find any information on this. Have they stopped doing this?

Also if you did get to experience one of these events how was it?
