Out of Towners on the way to Summerfest!
Hello all, my wife (24) and I (25) are taking my Nana (73) to Summerfest to see Muse! We are coming up from Arkansas tomorrow and really only have Thursday morning/afternoon to sight see, so we wanna make it count! We love art, museums, quirky spots, etc.
Any heads up from Summerfest veterans would be much appreciated! What should we expect from the line/ admission if we are planning on just seeing the headline concert+openers? Something you wish you knew before you went?
Thank you much in advance
PS: my wife is also curious if y'all have a recommendation for African food? Food truck, restaurant, pop-up- we are down!

Best food you've tried so far this year?
I got a sampler platter last night and its a staple but I have to imagine we have better food at the fest at this point and I want to switch it up tonight. What are some things you've had so far this year or even in years past that's worth getting?
Parking passes for other lots?
Last year I was able to purchase parking passes in advanced for the M lot. I don't see that lot on the summerfest store website, only lot P. Are all the other lots first come, first served this year?
Friendly reminder about tickets
if you live in the Milwaukee area, you should never be paying more than 20 for a ticket (Miller Promotion), and usually they’re free if you follow the radio stations and sponsors socials. There are admission programs available every single day, and a free ticket waiting for you in the app for the first weekend.
Have you ever been taken to Funkytown?

I made a GPS-enabled map for Summerfest
Hi - I made an interactive/GPS map using the official festival map! You can filter for things like Restrooms and Stages.
It should be GPS enabled too, but i'm not sure how well that part will work because I can't test it out beforehand. I also think it should work offline if you load the page on your phone before you get there. We'll see!
Hope you like it: https://overlaymaps.net/viewer.html?id=bf31978e-5f57-49e5-a715-a415e1f4ed6c
