The Rat Race Does It Again
Played solos, three raids played tonight. Rat in each of the first two rounds, although I won those fights, and was feeling pretty good about myself because I usually die.
However, in the third raid in Buried City, this place was literally swarming with an infestation of rats. People hiding behind chimneys on roofs, people teaming up, and as I kill one rat, I get downed by another vigilante, who was assuming I was the rat over mic.
As he was about to knock me out, I kid you not, three more players fly down from the roofs and start shooting at each other, everyone yelling about rats and who was doing what. It was a literal clusterfuck.
A shredder comes out from a corner and explodes on them. Two more players show up unannounced and begin firing on them. As I was backing away, downed with Survivor augment, it was like watching a fucked up movie. Everyone yelling over their mics, trying to figure out who was what rat, or others saying there are no rats, "No it wasn't me bro!", etc.
😑😑😑
Luckily, I had a hatch key. I had escaped the shit storm. But as I'm crawling towards the hatch, almost there, some player runs up and knocks me out.
I officially quit this bullshit and have finally uninstalled. 367 hours put in topside. A great $40 value. Tons of good memories, especially in friendly PvE lobbied. Plenty of wholesome, fun, and funny interactions. But these last few weeks of Arc Raiders has been hell, unjustly. Too many people just hiding around, ratting, looking for an easy kill. This game is truly heading down the tubes.
👌Sad. Very sad.👌 Goodbye until they finally add that PvE mode.

They are still dying. 14900KS degraded after 5months even though downvolted. What to get or do?
Hi All,
I was hoping that by manually undervolting my 14900ks sp109 with updated bios from day one with artic AIO graphene pad, never hit 100 degrees would help me avoid the degradation. Unfortunately 4 days ago starting getting game crashes stress test crashes. Managed to tie it down to CPU. Scan UK which I got it from don't stock it anymore so they offered giving money back or giving me a 14900k. Intel have said they will RMA.
Now since even with a tight undervolt on latest bios, they are still degrading it's only a matter of time before the new one does the same. Anyone know if any decent deals for AMD with mobo? I'll get about £640 back if I choose to get a refund.

**update** i loaded by original profile. I changed it to -0.06 and now it seems its running everything else is the same

I’ve noticed people who rat don’t have microphone. Is ratting behavior related to poverty?
Someone needs to study this social experiment which this game provides. People who don’t have mic are obviously poor and tend to rat at extract which is also a sign of laziness. Maybe they are lazy and poor in real life and play the game like how they are in real life

Rat protip: Camp in the Dam apartments with jolt mine to get unsuspecting raiders doing trails
Honestly best loot I’ve gotten so far. Also get the satisfaction of ruining someone day since they won’t get points for the trials
