Would an app that track your psychiatric meds be useful for you?

For example, when to except a peak from ADHD meds, and when to expect rebound anxiety from benzo.

Basically having a handy tool to track the onset, come up, peak and crash of your meds

And also plasma concentration of the medication too

Building an app to track psychiatric medication's effect

This is for educational purposes and reference only. Would this kind of app actually be useful for people?

Eg. Someone on ADHD know approximately when they are gonna crash. Someone on benzo know when they can except rebound anxiety or insomnia.

Would a real-time ADHD tracking app showing onset, peak, and clearance actually be useful to you?

What kind of features do you wanna see? Notification when you are peaking?

I am building an app based on available pharmacokinetic and psychiatric data to help you navigate your medications effect. From onset to peak and back to baseline.

Is this something you find useful? If yes, tell me what you want to see in this app!

Would knowing exactly what your benzo is doing in your body have helped during withdrawal?

For me... The hardest part wasn't the symptoms.

It was not knowing if what I felt

was withdrawal, rebound, or just

the dose wearing off.

Those are three different things.

Building something that shows the

difference in real time.

Would this have helped you?

Would knowing exactly when your anxiety medication peaks and clears actually help you manage it better?

I never knew if what I was feeling

was the medication wearing off or

just anxiety coming back.

Building something that shows this

in real time.

Would this be useful to you?

Would knowing exactly where you are in your benzo's curve help with tapering?

When I was tapering I had no idea what

was happening in my body.

Building something that shows your

medication activity in real time...

peak, clearance, rebound window.

Would this have helped you?

Middle Finger to the Job Market

It's been five months. Rejection after rejection. I decided to team up with a childhood friend (still employed) to build a fitness app in the hybrid athletes category. Got even more discouragement from friends, saying the fitness app is saturated.

I pretty much got even more fired up. Trying to find a place in-between rage and serenity. Death ground mode, there is no going back. I got 3 years of saving. Must generate good revenue after 1 year.

Any thoughts, advice or suggestions?

Wish me luck

Currently experiencing muscle spasm in the feet, thigh, hands, and back. Tight band around the head. Numbing sensations around the left side of the head. Tense neck on both sides and stomach slightly turning. Vision slightly blurry, but manageable.

Neurological recalibration at its peak. Push through this at 4:30am

I will prevail.

I started the application process for a well established agency here in my country. Started on March 31 and I am now at the tail end of my interview process (assignment completed, awaiting review and decision).

A couple of things seems interesting. First, the lead is on leave, so I got an email saying that the decision will be delayed.

Second, the job post is now taken down...

What are my chances?

I been smoking for a decade and a little bit. Also been using hard stimulants from time to time. It's been 5 days completely free from stimulants (except caffeine, I had an americano today).

What helped: 3 days straight of contrast therapy. Sauna and ice bath for hours. Had the privilege to escape to a beach for these days and it helped massively.

Take care of yourself folks!
