My experience with The Fancy Induced burger.

My experience with The Fancy Induced burger.

I worked at this place for a month or so. And they didn't even pay me a penny.

So, I'm gonna spill some secrets about this place.

I have no idea how did this place even managed to have a 4.7 rating because on reddit and reviews most people complain how terrible the food is.

While I worked there, everything over there was very old. The cheese, the sauces, the chicken and all. Probably the only thing that's fresh was the beef patties.

They would just order some stuff in bulk, open them up, put it in the fridge and never even have an expiry date written on them.

It was really disgusting to see a few things. I'm thankful that I'm not working there anymore. Because sometimes I genuinely wondered if the customers eating this were safe or not.

That's exactly why I'm leaving this post. I have no idea how many of you are gonna read this. Even if you do I don't know how many of you are gonna consider this.

But I would humbly request you guys to never ever go to this place and never let anyone you know go either.

I have tried leaving my experience working there as a review on google but for some reason it's not visible on other accounts.

Thanks a lot.

A mediocre 26 year old guy looking for someone to be weird with.

Now that you read that I'm a male most of you can skip my post I guess? Lol

I'm a 26 year old South asian Male located in DT Toronto (turning 27 in a few months).

I'm about 5'8 a bit on the heavier side (trying to reduce), not the most good looking but not that bad that I get called ugly either?

I'm someone who doesn't have his life figured out yet. I graduated and have been applying for jobs and haven't found a job that I'm looking for. Meanwhile I'm working a job to meet my ends.

I like to cook, go on a ride on my bike around the Harbour, listen to music, and watch/rewatch sitcoms.

That's about me. I know there's nothing much to say.

What I'm looking for is pretty simple.

You know when you see a couple walking down the street, holding hands, laughing about something completely random? That's the kind of connection I'd love to build with someone. Nothing over the top. Just having a person who's excited to spend time together, share little moments, and make each other's days a bit better.

I'd love to meet someone kind, easygoing, and not overly judgmental. I'm looking for someone that I can click with. Age isn't a huge deal (as long as your over 20 something).

If we hit it off, we can swap photos whenever we're both comfortable.

To start the conversation:

What's your favorite sitcom?

What's one song you can't stop listening to lately?

What's one food you could eat every day and never get tired of?

If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.

Forget FOMO. I have a Fear of not being missed.

I'm a shy person who barely has any friends as it takes me my sweet time to get comfortable with people and I guess people are not that patient?

When they do, they talk to me nicely (I do too). And they call me to hang out (not sure if it's just being polite or they actually want me there. Sometimes I don't go because of my schedule and I just feel like I'm not being missed?

Makes me question do I even wanna hang out with such people who don't appreciate me when I'm not around?

What would you do?

Looking for someone to explore restaurants with

So, I moved here about a couple years ago. I do have a few friends here but they're mostly Indians who always just wanna get Indian food or go to the same old pizza place or chicken wings.

I'm someone who'd love to explore different cuisines and food.

So, I recently put out a post on r/TorontoFood about this requesting people for such restaurants which take them back home.

I've received soooo many great suggestions which I'd love to explore and would love to have some company.

About me:

I'm 26 y/o guy from India. I'm a bit shy at first but once I get comfortable I can be termed "funny" if you're into some casual roasting. I recently graduated and looking for a full time job (any leads or referrals for a data engineer/data analyst role are appreciated lol). I like cooking, watching/rewatching sitcoms, cycling, and walking around the harbourfront.

So, if you think you relate to me. Hmu we can maybe talk a bit, see when our schedules sync up and maybe hit our first restaurant?

Different and unique restaurants

I'm an Indian, and all my friends ever take me to is an Indian restaurant, a pizza place, or something similar. I always tell them we're in a multicultural paradise. I love how Toronto has restaurants with cuisines from all over the world.

Can you guys please suggest a few of your favorites or something that reminds you of food back home?

P.S. Please include suggestions for your favorite dishes as well. I'd love to try them.

Approaching a colleague.

So, recently a colleague started working with me.

She's really sweet, pretty, and kinda funny.

I think I kinda like her. It hasn't been a lot of time for her.

But I just can't think of anyy way to approach her or find if she's single without being thought as being a creep or getting reported to the HR or something.

How would you deal with this?

Edit: We both work there part time and just meet like twice a week. We pretty much chat during our whole day. But that's it. No more communication over the other days.

When was the last time we saw a strong villain?

Nowadays I've been noticing this in many movies not just Tollywood.

But in Tollywood a little more. Like just to show the hero as strongest. They're just weakening the villains?

What they don't understand is a strong villain makes a strong hero.

But nowadays movies are just like elevation after elevation (for both villain and hero). No actually fluff. Then hero and villain face off at the end. Hero kills villain. End.

I'm not saying I don't like our favorite heroes elevated with some kickass background music. But I just miss movies where there are strong villains (not just physically, mentally too).

I mean I'm thinking of movies like Arundhati, Aravinda sametha, Baahubali, Dhruva, Sye and all. Rather than OG, Pushpa 2, Daaku maharaj and all.

Anyways the question is when was the last time you remember seeing a really strong villain/competitive villain?

All I can think is Saripodha Shanivaaram. I know they just put restrictions on Nani instead of making SJ Suryah strong. But still that was the last time I liked any Tollywood villain I guess. Also, I don't remember any other villain in Tollywood who has a full length role from the start to end. How about you?
