Went to Harvey's for Lunch yesterday.

Went to Harvey's for Lunch yesterday.

I don't really like their burgers. McDonalds Quarter Pounder is still a better burger cause you get more of that rich beef. Eating at Harvey's to me is like eating any veggie burger.

Harvey's onion rings are good. At least the Harvey's original burger you get to customize it with whatever topping and sauce you want.

There needs to be a sidewalk on ninth line to Timber Creek Golf.

I just find it werid how there's a lot of fun things to do at Timber Creek yet there's no sidewalk or crosswalk that you can cross from from the opposite side but there are traffic lights.

There should be some type of walkway so if people want to go golfing but they don't drive, they have a much safer option.

Tried the Iced Matcha Latte at Tim Hortons a couple of weeks ago.

I would put it as my 3rd favourite cold beverage. I still haven’t tried the Harry Potter donuts. I always get regular milk in most of my drinks cause oat milk just doesn’t really blend well for me, except for hot drinks. But it was good though!

Do you like line 1 trains more or line 2 trains more?

I like the line 2 trains more. They feel faster than the line 1 trains. Also I really like Susan Bigioni’s voice.

The line 2 trains do feel a little sketchy. I like how line 2 almost gives New York vibes. And I saw that they remodelled some of their trains with a gray silver model. I know they ordered new trains once the Scarborough Subway Extension is done so I’m excited.

I tried the Blackberry Quencher. It’s good! I hope they keep it on their menu forever.

I normally don’t get juice at either Tim’s or McDonald’s cause it’s either gonna be too sour or too sweet. I’m more of an iced coffee and an iced capp than a smoothie person.

I also tried this donut. I don’t remember what it’s called lol. I just asked the person at the front counter if I can get one of those donuts with the pink pop rocks on top.

At first I was a bit disappointed when I took the first bite, but when I finished half the donut I like the pop rocks more than the jelly inside.

Do you prefer dark meat or white meat?

My late lunch today. I always get dark meat cause the white meat, the chicken breast and the wings are the driest part of the chicken.

Also what happened to Popeyes popcorn shrimp? Why is it not on their menu anymore?

My first time trying the Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte.

So everyday, I usually get the Iced Chai Latte with Cinnamon on top of the foam. This time I got an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte.

I do like it more than the vanilla cold brew. The vanilla cold brew to me taste more like alcohol than actual coffee. Actually the first time I tried a blonde roast was at my old campus at Story Arts. I wanted to try the Iced White Chocolate Mocha but I don’t know if it was gonna be too sweet.

Iv had an Iced coffee with oat milk too once. I didn’t like it. I prefer to just use regular milk on all my Iced Coffees.

Could a second platform at Mount Joy Go improve service in York Region?

I did some research and checked the GO Transit service updates, and I think Mount Joy GO may get a second platform in the future, which could support more all-day train service.

I'm kind of sad that GO buses between Stouffville GO and Mount Joy GO could continue running only every one to two hours. But I am thankful that York Region Transit is extending Route 9 to Steeles this fall.

So even if GO buses are still running every two hours years from now, Stouffville residents will at least be able to take YRT Route 9 to Steeles to connect with the TTC. YRT is also planning to increase service on Route 18 (Bur Oak), which should make trips to Mount Joy GO more frequent and convenient.

I’m very happy that YRT is using only Newflyer and NovaBus now for most of the local routes.

YRT before use to operate these buses called the ElDorado EZ Rider. Those were so loud. You couldn’t really hear what the next stop was cause they were really noisy.

Also the problem with those buses were the stop request. These buses only had strings, not the stop request button, so if you were sitting on one of the priority seating, you’d need long arms just to reach the string to request a stop.

The D40LF is almost at its retiring phase. I’m hoping we see newer buses in the future.

I tried the poutine from Druxy’s Famous Deli 😋

The poutine from one of the fast food restaurants in Markham Stouffville. This was actually better than all the other poutine Iv tried.

McDonald’s poutine used to not be that good, but it’s better than Harvey’s.

What I like about the one at Markham Stouffville, the fries are the exact same as Costco. Iv had poutine from St. Louis Bar & Grill and the sauce, they put too much effort. (If that even makes sense 😂) But what I like about St. Louis is that they use Gold Yukon Fries which are my favourite Fries for poutine.

But this, 50,000% accuracy in terms of flavour. Everything just blends.

Why does the Boeing 737 max 7 need more runaway to land than the Boeing 737 max 8?

I like the design of the 737 max 7 more than the 737 max 8, but why does the 737 max 7 need more runway than the max 8 even though the max 7 is shorter than the max 8.

What’s your favourite car from Toyota? The 2004 Toyota Sienna is still my favourite mini van too this day.

The 2001 is good, but I like the 2004 Sienna better. Brought me so many memories when I was in Florida with my family. We drove 2 Siennas, one green and the other one blue lol.

I wanna be honest though.

The Toyota highlander was the one of the worst suv Iv ridden in. I like small suv, just not the big ones. The highlander is a big car with barely any space at the back. (edit). I like 2008 Toyota Highlander.

The newer rav4 I like riding in cause it has more legroom than the older rav4.

And I almost forgot about the Toyota Fortuner. Iv ridden in it twice when I visited the Philippines twice.

I still remember the restaurants during my childhood, but my favourite part about Stouffville is the number nine bus.

What were your favourite restaurants in Stouffville before they closed down?

The McDonald’s in Stouffville Walmart I still miss that. I think the Wendy’s, before there used to be a Timothy’s coffee or second cup, and than I remembered Maki Zushi it used to be Burger King and the China Garden used to be beside giant tiger.

I guess it would be interesting to see more accessible transit to hiking trails. I like going for walks, especially in big parks. Iv always been loyal to the number nine bus. It’s more frequent and it helps me to connect to Go bus route 56, where I can either take viva blue to Finch or take the subway from 407 terminal.

I do wish there were more cafes though in downtown Main Street. I know there’s a pizzeria opening inside Stouffville Go.

But yeh I really really really x100 really like the nine bus. It’s the best bus system Iv ever rode.

I have to say my favourite restaurant in Stouffville before it closed down I don’t even remember what it was called. I just know it’s now Kato Sushi.

I wanna go back to Union Chicken.

4 days ago I had the Korean chicken at Union Chicken. It was still the best fried chicken I literally ever had. I always order my fried chicken plain with no sauce. I was also at Port Perry months ago and I ordered chicken wings just plain breading, no sauce, it was just the best.
