Hi there I’m looking at trading in my 2017 Nissan Rogue for a cx50 hybrid.

Is it worth paying extra for the premium plus or is premium good enough?

Is this a good trade? My Nissan is starting to show signs of needing more and more work. I’ve already put about 5K into it within the last year….. think it’s time to swap it out.

I am almost 40 and lost my cuteness and got super fat. Yea yea it’s okay!

Anyways I haven’t been told I’m pretty in sooo long so today I told myself someone would tell me I’m beautiful while running my errands.

Well as I was backing out my parking in the grocery store a younger male licked his lips at me. 🤪

So I guess that counts. 🤣 I just laughed because I know the universe is being silly.

I can only find one TBS sample in the AICPA website. It’s a good one but I wanted to see more

Am I missing something?

I have been using Uworld as my main review course and recently purchased ninja supp.

Any advice on how to best utilize ninja supp? So far the mcq’s seem a lot easier than uworld.

As I have been waiting for FAR score release, I have made quite a bit of progress in AUD studies; made it half way through my first pass through.

Today I sit here thinking of taking today, tomorrow and Monday off from studying.

What are you guys doing?

I am about half way through my initial review of AUD.

So far I am noticing the questions are “which one sounds more right” type questions.
