About half of the honey locust seed did not respond to the hot water soaking. I then tried a couple types of hand file, and nail clipper but finally had success with a bench grinder wheel.

Just touch the seed carefully to the grinding stone or belt sander until a small patch of top layer has been removed, then soak in water until they are fully swelled.

Two seeds on the right hand side are half swollen, need more soaking time.

Is the 5/8 MDF enough for 700 Watt 12 inch driver and passive combo? Not exactly thrilled with the sound but could have sub woofer cabinet resonance, or not enough passive.

Maybe even a bit of both?

Its fairly easy to double the panel thickness from the outside so that seems like the first thing to try.

Id like to upgrade the pre amp to XLR and high pass filter options. Then I am still not sure between basic DSP, or an Schiit Audio Lokius Equaliser.

Some of the Soundcloud links are no longer working under both Discord and Firefox, but still does for Chromium browser. Its rather odd, seems to only effect about 10 percent of the tracks.

My house has a large south facing wall with no windows that seems perfect for mounting a full row of solar panels.

Would vinyl siding be an issue for this idea ?
