situation -

I woke up in the morning on day 2 of my period

I decided not to bathe.

I had breakfast, ate a bit, but I couldn't eat because of pain and stuff, so then the pain was much

I decided to bathe with hot water. Currently, summer is there, so

I went to bathe, I peed, then bathed like I spent more time there. I sat on the stool in a way that the shower droplets fell on my tummy, and did the same for my lower back. In between, I felt the need to shit and pee

I did, but due to cramps, I didn't get the satisfaction of shitting, and then while I was kinda sitting, a spider crawled up to my private area

I panicked, thank god it didn't bite, and then I got it off me quickly and killed it after some more time in the bathroom

I felt dizzy and low energy, and even small moments felt heavy

I didn't know what to do. I still had to dress up; I couldn't be nude to come out in the house

, so I forced myself to put on underwear, pants and a t-shirt, and then I ran to the room and lay on my back on the bed, my stomach hurt like crazy

Literally, I felt I was feeling cramps and shit pressure at the same time. It hurt a lot

I had literally no energy to go to the bathroom, so like i rested for a bit. Then I drank this med, then after 15 mins approx I drank glucose.

My cramps were there.

Then I put a hot water bag on my tummy and changed the position of sleeping, it didn't help, but after sometime cramps died down. Later, cramps vanished. I peed when there was a lot of blood along with tiny clots, but peeing a bit hurt, but better with low energy in the body, but somehow better earlier.

So she tells us, like, she won't allow her son, allow her son to go to Pune because the college is great, but the environment there is not great. And my mother's like, okay.

Then she tells, like, about Shimla, like it is very far away from home. I can't let my son be away from me because he does not know, like, how to cook

So, he doesn't know, like, basic skills like cooking, cleaning, and she has to take care of him, like laundry and everything. So she can't leave him, like, she has an attachment, like she is showing in this way.

I'm myself, 16, a girl and from age 11 my mom taught me to help in kitchen and basic other stuff now i m 16 and perfectly capable of living alone by myself because so she taught me so many thing s i do have a brother he is 11 going to be 12 this yr i told him about this guy and how his mom isnt letting him go and how my brother should learn basic skills if he ever want to go out of this tiny town

context - we live in a not well-known place where people are extremely conservative and misogynistic, and very old, traditional and stuff.

So my father is head of the house we live in join family with grandparents who contribute 90 per cent in fights between family members, mostly between mom and dad

My father loses his temper a lot, even in silly things like food not being hot enough. He lashes out at my mom, reminding her of all her past mistakes, like once she burnt food when she was unwell, but still cooked. That incident was old, and other stuff like that. He shouts and screams at her; she is a housewife.

She just listens to him and then cries. My grandma and grandpa join and say leave her, she is like this and that, and then this is not her mistake, she is like this and many other hurtful things

If I interfere in between, I'm beaten by slaps and grabbed by my hair, and I cut my hair

Now, but still, so I don't say anything. Mom says to be a financially independent person and live free and never marry, and if u don't leave ur job, and other advice she gives.

Today I was putting covers on my new brought copies and books, and then when I completed, I was putting stuff like covers and then copies and books one by one to place, which is in another room where there r shelves for books and stuff

So I was shifting them. He came into the room and saw my stapler on the floor, which I was using. I was about to keep this stapler and cover in another room properly earlier

I was keeping my books and copies one at a time. he was me and said i m bad i keep the place dirty and this is filty legit there was a cover and stapler nothing else as everything was in place

so i tried telling him i was keeping them to their original plce but he didnt listen he went to grandpa and grandma and then loses it and he tells them i m filty and stuff

repeates it they join him and say stuff and then he slaps me

So I went there and I undressed myself and got myself ready to be checked. Then she told me to spread my legs and which I did. And she told me, is this the maximum you could? I said, yeah. Then she started spreading it more by her hands like she wore the gloves and all and she was trying and trying and she was doing it so hard. Like at one point, like initially when she did it, I was like, ma'am, please be gentle. This is my first time. Don't do it. Then and then, like, just as I finished the sentence, like saying it, she stretched it so hard, I literally started crying and I said, don't touch me, stay away from me. You, you are hurting me. Like and my tears from eyes were flowing and I thought that maybe she has like damaged me. Like maybe a skin has tore in my like private area because it felt like that. Then she said, I don't wanna look. Then she said that I don't wanna look after this because like my mother was standing in the same room like she was saying like, it is normal, it is normal. And the doctor said this, I don't wanna look at this girl. I don't wanna do, it is okay okay. Go get dressed. I... I want, like, I want to treat you, like, look after you. I dressed up. I was feeling ashamed. Am I wrong? Like, I shouldn't have said anything, but the pain was unbearable and I'm really sorry, but it was my reflex, like, kind of thing. And she said me that, uh, that she doesn't see any infection. It is normal. And only to wash it with water, not to use any products and all. And she wrote a series of tests, like CT scan, this and that. Okay, and when she was talking to her assistant, like, there was a female assistant here. So she said that people nowadays and made a, like, really bad face and then looked at me up and down. I don't know, like, I felt really ashamed of myself and really felt that I did so much. I'm so bad person. And I came home. After some time, I felt like going to pee, so I peed. Like, I was, I went to pee and it burned, like, the area. Maybe she has teared the skin or something. It burned to pee. I told my mother. So she held my hand and said it was normal. And doctor do this. Some doctors even insert the finger in the vagina, the V area to check. I don't know, I said, I don't know, I don't wanna get checked by any other doctor. I don't want anyone to touch me. I feel like crying. I feel so disgusting myself. Am I wrong? Shouldn't I have said anything?
