Is it worth to update?

Hi all,
My wife wants to get some basic experience with the steering and pedals, but she doesn’t want to drive on public roads at the moment.
Is there any place in Qatar where I can take her for a few minutes where there are no people or other vehicles, so there’s virtually no risk of causing an accident? Ideally, somewhere that is legally okay and where the police wouldn’t consider it illegal.
She just wants to experience the steering and basic controls for a few minutes.
