Goal of the week
You can write out goals you aim to achieve by the end of this week (Monday➡️Sunday), and share how it went by the end.
It could be something ordinary like:
- Eating healthy
- Finishing that one show
- Going out more
- Getting started with work you've been procrastinating
- Scrolling ONE less reel
- Finally getting over with that unfinished task
You could use this as a digital journal, to improve yourself, take control of your time, and focus on your life(every minute of your life is important, don't waste even a single one of em. This could be an archive of your achievements every week.
Remember, something as small as this could be life changing. We're not gonna force you here, but guiding you and helping you achieve even a small goal each week to get you somewhere, that'll be huge one day.
