Set during the height of mafia power (1950s through 1980s), what roles do you think the Sonic characters would play in mafia crime drama style AU?

I heard a lot of jokes made suggesting Rouge would be Latin American considering her design based is on the Honduras White Bat.

Assuming this were true, this might also suggest she would be multilingual, being able to speak and read Spanish, Portuguese, or possibly even French. She may even be able to speak additional languages considering being multilingual is just a beneficial skill to have when you work as a spy.

This got me to wonder, is there anyone else in the Sonic cast you think would speak multiple languages?
